1 Case FIR No. 123/15 dated 30/10/15 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Aut on the complaint of Smt. Indira Devi W/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Kareri PO Khola Nala Sub-Tehsil Bali-Chowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/15 she was present in her home, in the mean time Jethu Ram S/O Sh. Gehru & Rami Devi W/O Sh. Jethu Ram resident of the same locality entered in her courtyard and beat her up alongwith her husband and they both sustained injuries. SI Gopal Singh I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 165/15 dated 29/10/15 U/S 498(A) , 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Surekha Devi W/O Sh. Bhoop Singh R/O Turam (Kharshi) PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Bhoop Singh . But after some time of her marriage her husband started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry and her husband beat her up brutally . ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 172/15 dated 30/10/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad- Bharol that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Katyhon and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Iswar Singh S/O Sh. Suraj Prakash R/O Kathon PO Panjalag Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 289/15 dated 29/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Karan Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 29/10/15 on receiving an information of incident of accident he rushed to the spot at Dadour and found that a Motor Cycle(HP07-5587) hit by unknown vehicle near Dadour Bridge and said Motor Cycle rider sustained injuries and presently in unconscious condition . ASI Karan Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
