CASE OF KIDNAPPING

 

1.      Case FIR No. 283/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 363 IPC has been registered at PS Balh,on the complaint of  a  person R/O VPO Balt Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP. He alleged that on 21-10-15 at 08:00 AM his daughter left to school but did not returned home till evening. They have searched in their relatives, but all in vain. He has fully doubted that some unknown culprits has kidnapped his daughter . SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT )

 

2.      Case FIR No. 158/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 3 SC & ST Act & U/S 506 IPC has been registered in  PS Gohar, on the complaint of Sh. Narender Singh S/O Sh. Jethu Ram VPO Shalla Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi HP, that on  23/10/15 when he went to Tara Chand's  home to  worship  Mata Chatarbhuja, in the mean time Kamlesh VPO Shalla and  Hem Raj S/O Bhoop Singh R/O VPO Shalla came there and  used filthy language to him by caste. They also threatened him  with  dire consequences. ASI Bodh Raj I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 159/15 dated 24/10/15  U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Todarmal S/O Sh.  Chandan Singh VPO Shikwari Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/15 at about 6:30 PM when he was going to home by a car (HP32B-1840)  which was driven by Yashwant Singh S/O Sh.  Natpat Ram VPO Shikwari and when reached at near Kutlamode , in the mean time   Yashwant Singh lost control on said  car and fell down 500/600 feet downward  from the road. In this accident driver Yashwant Singh died on the  spot and he got Injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 96/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Nanak Chand VPO Katindi PS  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/15 he was on duty at IIT gate, at about 11.00AM a Tractor No.PB13AL-1391 rolled down from road, as result of which 2 persons sustained injures. HC Vijay Kumar I/O PP Kamand is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

5.      Case FIR No. 112/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS BSL Colony by ASI Khalil Ahmad that on  23/10/15 at about 1:30PM  he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Nihri Bazar and during the course of patrolling  he found that a heap of sand laid on the road side by Som Krishan S/O Sh. Roop ChandVillage Nihri Sub Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi, which was causing  obstruction  to traffic as well as general public. ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihri is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

6.      Case FIR No. 113/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony by HC Dharam Chand that on  23/10/15 at about 2:45 PM he was on patrolling  along with other Police officials at Nihri Bazar and during the course of patrolling he found  that a heap of sand laid on the road side by Uttam Chand S/O Sh. Chuni Lal Village Fegdu Sub Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi, which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Dharam Chand  I/O PP Nihri is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL   TRESSPASS AND HURT

 

7.      Case FIR No 114/15 dated 24/10/15 U/S 451, 323 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony  on the complaint of Sh. Naryan Dass S/O  Sh. Chet Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 24/10/2015 at about 7:30 AM,  Surat Singh S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sudernagar District Mandi entered in his house and beat him up, and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Lal I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CHALLANS

8.      192 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 23600/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 2400/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
