CASE   OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No. 258/15  dated 26/10/15  U/S 452, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh.  Balak Ram S/O Sh. Lahasnu Ram  R/O  Kot  PO  Sadyana Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP) that  on  25/11/15  he  along with his  father were present  in  home, in the mean time  Megh Singh  came alongwith  his wife   Krishana  &   Son  Vinay ,  entered in  his  courtyard  and  beat him alongwith his father  and they   both   sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I/O of  PS Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 285/15 dated 25/10/15 U/S  341, 323, 504,  506 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Balh on the  complaint of  Sh.  Rajender Pal S/O   Late. Sh. Khem  Chand  R/O  Samahani PO  Barswahan Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on 24/10/15  Phool  Chand  S/O Sh. Durga Singh  R/O  Bout  PO  Sidhyani   Distt.  Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way and beat him up  and also threatened  him  with dire consequences .  HC Raj  Kumar  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ( PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT)

3         Case FIR No. 160/15 dated 25/10/15 U/S 3 of  SC & ST  Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Dinesh  Kumar VPO  Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 21/10/15  Dharam Pal    Verma S/O Sh. Dita VPO  Chailchowk   abused  her  by cast . HC  Deep  Chand  No. 910  I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 170/15 dated 25/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Aut on the complaint  of  Sh.  Nagender Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O   Panchjan PO  Dull Tehsil   Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on  25/10/15  he was  going  alongwith  his brother-in-law  Sanjeev Kumar  by  Traveller( HP01M-1290)  and when they reached near  Jim-Jima  in the  mean time  a Motor Cycle ( HP29A-1960)  which was  ridden by  Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Ram  R/O  Jim- Jima came rashly and  and collided with  said  vehicles and sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 259/15 dated 25/10/15  U/S  451, 323, 504, 427 , 34  IPC has been registered in   P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Sh. Sunil Sharma S/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O  Kouhan PO  Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 25/10/15   Santosh Kumar  resident of same locality  entered  in  his home and beat him up.  HC Ravi  Kant  No. 02     I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6          Case  FIR No. 260 /15 dated  25/10/15  U/S  341, 147, 149, 323, 297 , 504,   506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkahgat on the complaint of Sh.   Jaisi Ram  S/O Sh.  Sukh Ram  R/O  Surajpur Badi Tehsil  Sarkaghat   that on 25/10/15  Smt. Raj Kumari, Veena Devi , Premi  Devi   Bimla  Devi  tried to  stop the  cremation  of his  brother  Julfi Ram who  was  passed away  on the  25/10/15.  ASI  Trilok  Chand   I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7     7          Case FIR No. 261/15 dated 25/10/15  U/S 147, 149, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Premi  Devi  W/O Sh. Jiunu Ram  R/O  Kagehtar PO  Surajpur Badi Tehsil  Sarkaghat   Distt. Mandi  that Kaku  S/O Sh. Jaisi  Ram , Jaisi Ram  S/O Sh. Sukhia resident of same locality  came alongwith   with other villagers   and beat  her up and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8          Case FIR No.115/15 dated 25/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sunderangar on the complaint of  Sh.  Vinay  Chauhan S/O Sh. Bansi Lal R/O   Vill. Seradh PO  Sayanji Tehsil Sunderangar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 25/10/15  he  alongwith  Sanu  were  going  towards  Mahadev by Motor Cycle(HP31-2317) and when  reached near  Sakrah , in the mean  time  rider  of  above  Motor Cycle namely Sanu  lost the control due to rash ridding  and collided with a wall   and  they both  sustained injuries.  HC  Ram Lal  No. 543  I.O. of  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9          Case FIR   No. 263/15 dated 25/10/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the by  SI   Kalyan Singh   I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that  he was on patrolling   alongwith other police officials  and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  10  Bottles of  Country Liquor from the possession of   Jagat   Ram  Thakur  S/O Sh. Ambika Ram  R/O  Meramsit Tehsil Sunderangar  Distt. Mandi  (HP).  SI  Kalyan Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

10                         113  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 13,200 /- was recovered and 14 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered and 2 Challans were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.  11,700/ -was recovered during last 24 hours.
