CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 135/15 dated 21/10/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  SI  Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog  that on 21/10/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at   Boh   and during the course of patrolling he recovered  7 Bottles of  Country Liquor & 2 Bottles of Beer from the possession of  Bhim Singh S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Boh PO  Alshindhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 282/15 dated 21/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Om Prakash  R/O  Chanauli Tehsil Ropar  (PB) that on 21/10/15  when he was  going to  Murari Mata Temple by Jeep(HP28-5165) which was driven  by the driver with rashly  and when   they reached near the temple, in the mean  time  an Auto (HP65-2448) also came rashly  from  temple side  and collided with said Jeep causing  both vehicles  rolled down on the  road . HC Raj Kumar No. 27  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE  ACT

3          Case FIR No. 259/15  dated 21/10/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI   Prakesh Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 27/02/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Jaral and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Ltr. Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Smt.  Rama Devi  W/O Sh. Paras Ram  VPO Jugahan Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP) . ASI  Prakesh Chand  I/O of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 256/15  dated 21/10/15  U/S  498(A), 323, 506  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Smt.  Inderjeet Kour W/O Sh.  Jai  Inder Paul R/O House No. 116/12  Ram Nagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that she was married with  Jai Inder Paul . But after some  time of marriage her husband  started to harass her  physically and mentally by demanding  dowry. On  21/10/15  her husband  beat her up brutally  and   also  threatened her  with dire consequences.  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP  City is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case  FIR No. 111/15 dated 22/10/15 U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Leelawati W/O Sh. Chuni  Lal  R/O  Bhagyar PO  Ghiri Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 21/10/15 Jamana Balbh   resident of  same locality  obstructed her way and beat her up. HC  Vinod Kumar I.O. of  PS BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6         108  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 12,800/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 3 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9200/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
