CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 166/15 dated 30/10/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar, on the complaint of Sh. Daleep Singh, S.O Sh. Neter Singh, Vill. Kathol, PO Chhatri, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/15 at 12:15 AM a jeep (HP62C-3279) came from Chhatri towards Bethwan and when reached at Panai Nallah driver Moti Ram lost control on the jeep and fell 400 feet down. In this accident driver Moti Ram and Padam Dev sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 70/15 dated 31/10/15 U/S 341, 323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Dharampur, on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar, S/O Sh. Bhagmal, R/O Chail Behli PO &Tehsil Sandhol, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/15 at 09:00PM he was going to home in the mean time Tralok Chand and Kashmir Chand obstructed his way, threatened him and beat him up and he sustained injuries. Hari Singh R/O  Kareri PO  Khola Nala Sub-Tehsil  Bali-Chowki  Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that on  30/10/15  she was present in her home, in the mean time  Jethu  Ram  S/O Sh.  Gehru &  Rami  Devi  W/O Sh.  Jethu Ram  resident of the same  locality entered  in her courtyard    and beat  her  up alongwith her husband and  they  both sustained  injuries.  SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP   Balichowki is investigating the case.  

 

  CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND  HURT

2          Case FIR No. 165/15 dated 29/10/15 U/S  498(A) , 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Surekha Devi  W/O Sh. Bhoop  Singh  R/O  Turam (Kharshi) PO  Gohar Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with  Bhoop  Singh . But after some time of her  marriage  her  husband  started to harass  her physically and mentally by demanding  dowry  and her husband  beat  her up brutally .  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. 3          Case FIR No. 172/15 dated 30/10/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in  P.S. Jogindernagar  by  ASI  Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad- Bharol  that   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials   at   Katyhon  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  12 Bottles of Country  Liquor  from   the possession of   Iswar Singh  S/O Sh.  Suraj Prakash  R/O  Kathon  PO  Panjalag  Tehsil   Lad- Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Sandeep  Kumar  I/C of  PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 289/15  dated 29/10/15  U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S  187  MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  ASI  Karan  Singh  I.O. of  P.S.  Balh  that on  29/10/15   on receiving   an  information  of incident of accident  he  rushed to   the spot at  Dadour  and found that  a Motor Cycle(HP07-5587)   hit by unknown  vehicle   near  Dadour Bridge and  said   Motor Cycle rider sustained injuries  and presently  in unconscious  condition . 1.      Today Traffic Police Mandi organized a free eyes check up camp for the drivers of private buses, trucks, taxis etc.  In this camp 264 driver of different vehicles were examined.

2.      Case FIR No. 288/15 dated 28/10/2015 U/S 430 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chand Chauhan S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Village Dhangu PO Ratti Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP). He alleged that his brother Ramesh Chand damaged his water connection. Hans Raj R/O Haleen, PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 26/10/15 at about 5:00 PM when she was going to bring water at that time Veena Devi W/O Sh. 4.      Case FIR No. 98/15 dated 29/10/15 U/S 279 IPC &U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered in PS Padhar, on the complaint of Smt. Satya Devi W/O Sh. Neter Singh R/O Vill. Dawardu PO Drang Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/10/15 at 09:15PM she was present at her home and in the mean time a truck (HP03D-3700) fell down upon the boundry wall of her home and not only damaged the wall but also her scooty (HP76-1389), and ran away from the spot. 5.      Case FIR No. 140/15 dated 29/10/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog, on the complaint of Sh. Het Ram S/O Sh. Sadh Ram Vill. Chweri PO Sarhan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on today at 03:00AM a car (HP30-4065) got accident at near his home Chweri. The car was driven by Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Lal Vill. Sharanbag. In this accident driver and a other person sustained injuries. ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 171/15 dated 28/10/15 U/S 341,353,504 IPC  has been registered in PS Jogindernagar, on the complaint of Dr. Abhishek Chandel MO PHC Kothi Kohar Multhan, Tehsil Baijnath, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/10/15 at 05:20PM he was at Bir Billing with ambulance duty for Para Gliding World Cup, in the mean time a driver of Bolero Jeep (HP36B-6687) obstructed him from his job and insulted him. 2          Case  FIR No. 262/15  dated 27/10/15 U/S 452, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint of  Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh.  Santosh Kumar  R/O  Hawani PO  Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. 3          Case  FIR No. 260/15 dated 27/10/15  U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar   by ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP City  Mandi  that on 27/10/15  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at Purani Mandi  and  during the  course of  nakkabandi  he recovered  1 Kg  Charas ( Cannabis)  from the possession of   Sunder Singh  S/O Sh. Pama Ram  R/O  Rakchui  PO  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi    (HP) 30 years old   &  Dheminder  Singh  S/O Sh. Dault   Ram  R/O  Chattron PO  Jachh Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP)  38 years old.   Above said accused have been arrested and  further investigation is being  carried  out by  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP  City  Mandi .

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4          Case FIR No. 262/15 dated 28/10/15 U/S 341, 323, 324  IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar on  the complaint of Sh.  Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Rattan R/O House No.  250/4  Suhara Muhalla  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  today   he  alongwith  his brother  Vijay Kumar  were  coming to his home  from DAV  School  Khaliyar and when  they reached near  Girl School  Mandi , in the mean time   4   persons  namely  Inder  Singh ,  Kundan Lal , Om Parkash &  Madan Lal  all the resident of   Gharan came  there and  obstructed    their way and   beat   him alongwith his  brother  and they both sustained injuries.  HC  Inder Singh  No. 7  I.O. of PP City  Mandi is investigating  the case.

5         Case FIR  No. 261/15  dated  28/10/15  U/S 279 , 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on  the complaint of Smt. Jaiwanti W/O Sh. Krishan  Singh R/O  Bhoran PO  Chowk  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on 27/10/15   she was  coming to Mandi   from her native  village  Bhron by  Car  which was  driven by   Krishan  Chand  . At about 10 :30  PM  when they reached near Rani-Ki- Bain, in the mean  time  driver of said car lost the control   upon the  vehicle due to rash  driving  and  hit  the Tipper (HP33-6946) and   she , her husband , daughter-in-law  and said    Car  driver sustained injuries in this mishap.  ASI  Chattar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Paras Ram  R/O  Rangra PO   Kateru  Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 27/10/15  he was present at Kateru, in the mean time  a Car (HP32-6565)  which was  driven by  Sharan Dass  S/O Sh.  Paras  Ram  R/O  Pourakothi ,came rashly from Kateru toward Paurakothi   and  fell  down  at about  150 feet  downward from the road .  ASI  Shiv  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  a telephonic information  received in P.S. Karsog  about the  incident of accident  he rushed to  spot and  found that  a Car(HP33-ET-9542)  fell down  at about 60/70  feet downward from the road . In this mishap  driver  Bhag Chand  S/O Sh. Amar Singh ,  Reena  Devi  W/O Sh. Maheshwar Singh,  Ritik S/O Sh.  Amar  Singh ,  Jiya Lal  S/O Sh.  Amar Singh all the resident of  R/O  Bahi  PO   Pangna Tehsil  Karsog  Distt. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT   AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

5          Case FIR No. 138/15 dated 27/10/15  U/S  279, 337, 304 (A)   IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  HC  Tej Singh   No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog that  a telephonic information received in P.S. Karsog about the incident of accident. On this he rushed to the spot and  found that   a    Car  (HP 30-3716)   fell down  about   300/400 Mtrs  downwards from the road. In this mishap driver of said car  Sh.   Dola Ram  S/O Sh. Vidya Dhar R/O  Brahman R/O  Garyala PO  Maindhi Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 41 years old along with other two occupants  Sh.  Puna Ram  S/O  Sh. Koltu  48 years  old  & Miss  Minakhi  @  Rina  D/O Sh.  Hem  Raj   18 years old   both  are    resident of  R/O Garyala were declared brought died by the M.O. of C.H. Karsog and   another occupant namely  Babita D/O  Dole  Ram  resident  of the same locality aged 21 years old referred to IGMC Shimla  for  treatment.   HC  Tej   Singh  No. 55  I.O. of  P.S. Seradh PO  Sayanji Tehsil Sunderangar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 25/10/15  he  alongwith  Sanu  were  going  towards  Mahadev by Motor Cycle(HP31-2317) and when  reached near  Sakrah , in the mean  time  rider  of  above  Motor Cycle namely Sanu  lost the control due to rash ridding  and collided with a wall   and  they both  sustained injuries.  HC  Ram Lal  No. 543  I.O. of  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

9          Case FIR   No. 263/15 dated 25/10/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the by  SI   Kalyan Singh   I.O. of P.S. 1          Range level  debate  contest organized  at Police  Lines Mandi on the occasion of  Police Welfare Week headed  by  Sh. Rajesh  Kumar , HPS  Dy.S.P. (HQ)   on   the Topic  "  POLICE BEHAVIOR – IS PUBLIC  JUSTIFIED  IN CRITICIZING  POLICE  BEHAVIOR?"  14 Police officials   of (Distt. Mandi,  Hamirpur,  Bilaspur)  participated  in said contest.  All the  Police officials  delivered their valuable   suggestion   on  said topic.

CASE OF  CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES  AND SUICIDE

 

2          Case FIR No. 97/15  dated 24/10/15 U/S 498(A) , 306, 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint  of  Smt. Kirna Devi  W/O  Late. Sh.  Trilok Chand  R/O  Manoh PO Bassi Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  her daughter namely  Anu Kumari  was married with  Vpin  Kumar  S/O Sh. Karam   VPO  Barol Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi  during the year 2014.  But  soon after the marriage   her daughter's husband  and   her sister-in-law namely  Dolma Devi  started to harass her  daughter physically and mentally by demanding   dowry.  Due to regular  harassment  her daughter  committed  the suicide  by jumping   into  Barot Dam  and died .  Insp.  Neel  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

3         Case FIR No. 137/15 dated 24/10/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of  Sh. Lal Singh  S/O Sh.  Brij Lal R/O  Dharatha PO  Kao  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 24/10/15   when he was  present at  Dharada, in the mean time  a Car (HP33T-9515) which was driven by M. Kumar  S/O Sh.  Devi  Ram  R/O Dharatha PO Kao  Tehsil   met with an accident due to  rash driving  and  fell downward  from the road . Two persons who were boarded on  said car sustained injuries.  HC Vijay  Kumar  No. 411  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case .

Mandi (HP) that    he was  present at Bagla, in the mean time  a Car ( HP82-4004)  came rashly from Chakkar side  and suddenly turned towards Bagla   in the mean  time  a Motor Cyle(HP33A-7341) came behind and  collided with said car  due  rash riding . Motor Cycle rider  namely  Vivek Kumar  S/O Sh. Santosh Kumar R/O  Badsu  sustained injuries . HC   Naresh  Kumar  No.  862  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Kullu  that on 25/10/15   he went to  Banjar by  Truck (HP49-1651)   which was driven by  Rajinder Thakur  S/O Sh. Teja Singh  R/O  Ratwa PO  Manglour Tehsil Banjar Distt.  Kullu  (HP) . When they reached  near  Shirda Pul  in the mean time  said driver lost  the control on  the Truck due to  rash  driving  and fell  downward  into Thirthan River . CASE OF KIDNAPPING

 

1.      Case FIR No. 283/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 363 IPC has been registered at PS Balh,on the complaint of  a  person R/O VPO Balt Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP. He alleged that on 21-10-15 at 08:00 AM his daughter left to school but did not returned home till evening. They have searched in their relatives, but all in vain. He has fully doubted that some unknown culprits has kidnapped his daughter . SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT )

 

2.      Case FIR No. 158/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 3 SC & ST Act & U/S 506 IPC has been registered in  PS Gohar, on the complaint of Sh. Narender Singh S/O Sh. Jethu Ram VPO Shalla Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi HP, that on  23/10/15 when he went to Tara Chand's  home to  worship  Mata Chatarbhuja, in the mean time Kamlesh VPO Shalla and  Hem Raj S/O Bhoop Singh R/O VPO Shalla came there and  used filthy language to him by caste. They also threatened him  with  dire consequences. ASI Bodh Raj I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 159/15 dated 24/10/15  U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Todarmal S/O Sh.  Chandan Singh VPO Shikwari Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/15 at about 6:30 PM when he was going to home by a car (HP32B-1840)  which was driven by Yashwant Singh S/O Sh.  Natpat Ram VPO Shikwari and when reached at near Kutlamode , in the mean time   Yashwant Singh lost control on said  car and fell down 500/600 feet downward  from the road. In this accident driver Yashwant Singh died on the  spot and he got Injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 96/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Nanak Chand VPO Katindi PS  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/15 he was on duty at IIT gate, at about 11.00AM a Tractor No.PB13AL-1391 rolled down from road, as result of which 2 persons sustained injures. HC Vijay Kumar I/O PP Kamand is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 112/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS BSL Colony by ASI Khalil Ahmad that on  23/10/15 at about 1:30PM  he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Nihri Bazar and during the course of patrolling  he found that a heap of sand laid on the road side by Som Krishan S/O Sh. Roop ChandVillage Nihri Sub Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi, which was causing  obstruction  to traffic as well as general public. ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihri is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 113/15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony by HC Dharam Chand that on  23/10/15 at about 2:45 PM he was on patrolling  along with other Police officials at Nihri Bazar and during the course of patrolling he found  that a heap of sand laid on the road side by Uttam Chand S/O Sh. Chuni Lal Village Fegdu Sub Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi, which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Dharam Chand  I/O PP Nihri is investigating the case.

Chet Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 24/10/2015 at about 7:30 AM,  Surat Singh S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sudernagar District Mandi entered in his house and beat him up, and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Lal I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
