 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 21/13 dated 29/03/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Ratu Devi W/O Sh. Swaru Ram R/O Arnehar PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/13 she was grazing her sheep at Karingri, in the mean time Sangat Ram @ Shanti S/O Sh. Tikkan Ram R/O Vill. Bainal PO Kamand came there obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Deepak Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 22/13 dated 29/03/13 U/S 325,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Shitla Devi W/O Late Sh. Kunan R/O vill. Bardajh PO Kuunu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/03/13 at about 1.30 PM Mathura Prasad S/O Sh. Chunkhu Ram R/O vill. Bardajh PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 27/13 dated 30/03/13 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Dumni Ram R/O VPO Ghiri Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/13 Narinder Kumar and Devinder Kumar both S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Kutla PO Ghiri Tehsil Sundernagar obstructed his way with Bolero jeep and beat him up.  ASI Nanak Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4. Case FIR No. 77/13 dated 29/03/13 U/S 279 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh Bihari Lal S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O VPO Jehmat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 29/03/13 he was coming from Sarkaghat to Baldwara by his car and when he reached at Kudla, a four wheeler struck his car and sped away from the spot. ASI Ajit Singh I/C P.P.Hattli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,RIOTING, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION & SC/ST (PREVETION OF ATROCITIES) ACT

 

5. Case FIR No. 38/13 dated 29/03/13 U/S 447,147,323,506 IPC & U/S 3 (I) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Gambri Devi W/O Sh. Inder Dev R/O VPO Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 4 PM Bishamber  Lal S/O Sh. Keshva Nand R/O Vill. Jeori PO Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) along with other 9 persons entered in her field and beat her up and also abused her by cast.  Sh. Kulbhushan  Verma,   SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

6. Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 30/03/13 U/S 447,147,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Prema Devi W/O Sh. Prem Lal R/O Vill. Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ghambri Devi W/O Sh. Shinder Dev R/O VPO Tattapnai along with other 4 persons entered in her field and threatened to her with dire consequences. HC Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 7.       42 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 3800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
