CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 26/13 dated 24/03/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Amit Chaudhary S/O Sh. Satya Pal Chaudhary R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/03/13 he was present in Annapurna Dhaba, in the mean time a car (HP32A-1257) came from sunderngar side very rashly and negligently and collided with a truck on its back side and two occupants of said ill-fated car died on the spot and driver of said car namely Yadvinder S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Dhaniyoti PO Sukkibain Distt. Mandi sustained injuries who is admitted to C.H. Sundernagar. HC Inder Dev No. 35 I.O. of P.S. BSL Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF SUICIDE
2. Case FIR No. 53/13 dated 25/03/13 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O Khad Kaliyana Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that her daughter Smt. Sharmla was got married during the year 2010 with Geeta Nand S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Jalon PO Baryara Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). On 24/03/13 her daughter committed suicide by hanging due to torture and harassment of her son-in-law Geeta Nand. Inspr. Amar Singh SHO P.S. Jogindernaghar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 31 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
