CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 68/13 dated 28/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O VPO Ratti District Mandi (HP) that on 28/03/13 at about 07.40 PM near patrol pump at Ratti a car (HP33T-9297) came very rashly and negligently from Ratti side and hit his M/Cycle (HP31-6328) due which he along with his friend Ramesh Kumar sustained injuries and driver of above car fled away from the spot along with his vehicle. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundenragar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6900/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
