CASE OF HURT
1. Case FIR No. 25/13 dated 12/03/13 U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Humander Kumar S/O Sh. Neter Singh R/O Knadi P.O. Bagsaid Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/03/13 at about 8:45 PM he was present in the house of Sh. Hardev Singh along with his friends, in mean the time Puran Chand, Ludermani and Nup Singh came there and beat him up . ASI Subhash Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT & DISHONESTLY RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY
2. Case FIR No. 55/13 dated 13/03/13 U/S 379,411 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Chhote Ram that he recovered 60 pieces of G.I. Pipe of 1.5" size having stamps of H.P. Govt. from the possession of Balbir Singh, scrap dealer at Bhangrotu SI Chhota Ram I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
3. Case FIR No. 71/13 dated 10/03/13 U/S 454, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Banyolka P.O. Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 12/03/13 at about 3:15 PM some unknown culprits stole away golden jewellary from her house. Approximately value of the stolen property is about Rs. 90,000/-. ASI Om Prakesh I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF
4. Case FIR No. 70/13 dated 12/03/13 U/S 447, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Yogesh kumar Sharma S/O Late Sh. Mahender Sharma House No. 157/10 Thanehra Mohalla Mandi (H.P.) that on 12/03/13 Sanjeev Kumar S/O Late Sh. Roop Chand broke the walls of his ground floor and also cut down the one portion of his slab. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I/O of P.P. City is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5. 34 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
