CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 61/13 dated 22/03/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Naratu Ram S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Vill. Sarua PO Desehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/03/13 he was on his way from Sundernagar to Chhalki by his tipper (HP65-1024) and on the way Munna along with his two associate obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar No. 852 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 51/13 dated 22/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nitu Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that at about 07.30 PM she was going along with her husband to their home and when they reached near Chhattar, a M/Cycle (HP29A-1199) came from back side very rashly and hit her husband and he sustained injuries. ASI Ishwari Prasad    Incharge Police Post Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 52/13 dated 23/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Basu Dev S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Vill. Bar PO Ropari Kalehru Tehsil Jogindenragar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/03/13 at about 9 PM a tipper (HP29A-2731) which was driven by Jai RamS/O Sh. Chanchal Ram R/O Vill Ropari PO Ropari Kalehru fell-down about 100 mtrs downwards from the road and driver Jai Ram sustained injuries. HC Thakur Singh I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION, HURT,MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 67/13 dated 22/03/13 U/S 451,354,323,427,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of one  staff nurse posted  in Sai Valley Hospital at Tarot and on 22/03/13 she was on duty from 2 PM to 7 PM  along with doctor, Pharmacist and Male Health Worker. At about 6 PM two persons brought for treatment at Hospital and when she was providing treatment to both injured persons namely Vikram Rana and Bharat Sharma they  tried to outrage her modesty and they also damaged the door & windows of the hospitals and also beat up the staff members of the hospitals. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sunderngar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SUICIDE

5.      Case FIR No. 68/13 dated 22/03/13 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Constable Pal Singh No. 591 of P.S. Sundernagar that on 22/03/13 he was present in C.H. Sundernagar in connection with treatment and to obtain the MLC of injured person namely Vikram Rana and Bharat Sharma who were brought from Sai Valley Hospital Tarot. During the course of treatment Vikram Rana caught the electric tube and broke it with his neck with the intention to commit suicide. HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O.of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 66/13 dated 22/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bal Chand Walia S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Vill. Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/03/13 at about 05.35 PM he was going by a bus (HP31-4650) and when said bus reached at Bhour, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP33C-3171) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and struck with said bus and M/Cycle rider Vikram Rana and his friend Bharat Sharma sustained injuries. ASI Khalil Ahmed I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER FOREIGNERS ACT

7.      Case FIR No. 37/13 dated 22/03/13 U/S 14 of Foreigners Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Gulab Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog that he arrested Kolu Zolu S/O Sh. Zolu R/O Charch Road Zulu Vill. Johansbarg South Africa who was stayed without passport and VISA in PWD Rest House Karsog. ASI Gulab Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8.      42 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 2600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
