CASE OF HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

  1      Case FIR No.59/13 dated 18/03/13 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has  been  registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Munish Kumar  S/O Sh. Parma Nand  R/O  Baggi Tehsil  Sadar District Mandi  (HP) that on  09/02/13  at about  8PM when he was going to his home, in mean time two persons  came there and beat him up. ASI Kuldeep Singh  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2        Case FIR No. 58/13  dated 18/03/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Yugal Kishor S/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O  Lunapani  P.O. Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that on  18/03/13 at about  12:30 PM  when he was going to  Bagla  on his Motor/Cycle No.( HP33B-3701) along with his friend, in mean time  a M/Cycle  No. (33B-8354) came very rashly and collided head on his M/Cycle . HC Vijay Kumar No. 866  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT

 

3        Case FIR No.28/13 dated 18/03/13 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 of IF Act  has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Sh.  Roshan Lal  presently Range Officer Nachan  that on  17/03/13 at about  11PM when he was conducting a nakabandi  alongwith other officials  at  Dharot then during the course of  nakabandi he recoverd  8 logs of   Devdaar from a Jeep No. (32B-1274) which was driven by the driver Muarai Lal S/O Sh. Inder Singh  R/O Dugha P.O. Bassi . HC Prabhakar Ram I/O of P.S. Gohar is invesitigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4        Case FIR No. 48/13 dated 18/03/13 U/S  20 , 29 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar by  ASI Satpal  that  on 18/03/13 at about 9:30 when  said  ASI  laid a naka   along  with other police officials at Kadar then during  the course of  nakabandi he recovered 108gm cannabis (charas) from a possession of  Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Halku R/O Ghamrehar P.O. Jhatingari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his Car No.(HP29A-0276). ASI Satpal I/O of P.S.Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

5        Case  FIR No. 76/13 dated 18/03/13 U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Tara Devi W/O of Sh. Lal Singh  Janer P.O. Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on  16/03/13 when she was coming  from her  agriculture land , in mean time   Subhadra, Hariya, Rakhi and Prithi came there and obstructed her way and  beat her up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79  I/O of P.S.  Sadar is investigating the case.

6        36challans were issued  and fine of Rs. 2800-/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1   challans were issued under COPTA &  fine of Rs. 200-/- was  recovered during last 24 hours
