CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 75/13 dated 17/03/13 U/S 341,323,324,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prabhu Sharma S/O Sh. Sudama Sharma R/O Vill. Sonbal PO Bitia Tehsil Padrouna Distt. Kushinagar (UP) at present residing at Paplog Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/03/13 at about 06.30 he was coming alongwith Nathuni Sharma to his quarter from Paplog and on the way Bobby along with other two persons obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Reeta Sharma I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2.      Case FIR No. 63/13 dated 17/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Vill. Ghurana PO Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/03/13 at about 12.30 PM he was loading the wood of khair on his truck (HP31C-5125) in the in  depot of Sh. Desh Raj contractor, in the mean time Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Rati Ram R/O Chaamba PO Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.Mandi came there along with his truck (HP31B-4225) and struck with his truck and sped away from the spot and two persons namely Khursheed and Mohammad Ameen were sustained injuries who were loading the wood on his truck. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3.      Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 17/03/13 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Balbir Kuar S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Bhantrehar PO Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he has possessed a vehicle (HP31A-7090). On 16/03/13 he parked his vehicle in front of shop of Sh. Bragi Ram ar Bhantehar and on 17/03/13 at about 11 AM he found that three tyres along with stepney were stolen away by Daya Ram and Goldi resident of VPO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 35,000/-. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 57/13 dated 18/03/13   U/S 325, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Daulat Ram S/O Sh. Rudia Ram R/O Vill. Maltehar PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/03/13 his brother Karam Chand and his wife beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 27/13 dated 18/03/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Om Chand R/O Bahi PO Sainj Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that today his brother obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 35/13 dated 17/03/13 U/S 452,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Ganpati Devi W/O Sh. Bhag Singh R/O Vill. Riyaoly PO Bagsaid Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/13 Deepak S/O Sh. Rajesh resident of the same locality entered in his house and threatened to him.  HC Kamal Kant I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

7.      11 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act  during last 24 hours.
