CASE OF KIDNAPPING, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No.29/13 dated 20/03/13 U/S 366, 120(B), 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Miss Pawana Devi D/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O Bunga P.O. Shili Baagi, Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/03/13 at about 12:30 PM when she was coming to home from school alongwith her friend , in mean time Puran Chand and Bhimi Ram came there along with his friends and kidnapped her in a Car No.(HP32B-0502) and when they reached near Kharsi then her uncle escaped her from the kidnappers.(Prob.) S.I. Nirmal Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No.50/13 dated 20/03/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Taro Devi W/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O Patrain P.O. Gangoti Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 20/03/13 at about 10 AM when she was repairing the pipes of water from fitter, in mean time Bhim Singh S/O Late Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Patrain P.O. Gangoti Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt.Mandi came there and obstructed her and also beat her . HC Rajesh Kumar No.907 I/O of P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

3 29challans were issued and fine of Rs. 3700-/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 900-/- was recovered during last 24 hours
