CRIME REPORT 20 MAR

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No.65/13 dated 19/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by HC Vinod Kumar  that on 19/03/13 at about 2.45 PM on receiving an information visited the spot  and found that a Truck  (65-1350) and a M/Cycle(HP31-2127) collided on the road and two persons sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of and rider of above both vehicles.   HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I/O of High way patrol Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

2        Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 19/03/13 U/S  420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the  complaint of Sh. Hukkam Chand,  Pradhan G.P. Kathog Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the year of 2009 a tailoring and cutign centre was opened at Kathog Panchayat by the  Block  Development Officer, Drang Block andr Ex- Paradhan of Kathog Panchayat prepared false and fabricated attendance register of the  students in said tailoring and  cutting centre. ASI Deepak Kumar I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 20/03/13 U/S  341, 323, 324,  504 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Deepa Devi  W/O Sh. Dharam Pal  R/O Chattar P.O. Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Diatt. Mandi (H.P.) that  today at about  10.45 AM  Neetu Devi  W/O Ramesh Chand   R/O  Chattar P.O. Jalpehar Distt. Mandi  obstructed her way and  beat her up. ASI Ishwari Prasad I/C of P.P.Bassi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

4        Case FIR No. 25/13 dated 19/03/13 U/S  379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on  the complaint of Sh Praveen Kumar, J.E. Power Grid Project Banala, Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 18-19/03/13 some unknown culprits stole away   some parts of the tower from the location No. 2/0 near village Banala. SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5        65 challans were issued  and fine of Rs. 13,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4   challans were issued under COPTA &  fine of Rs. 400-/- was  recovered during last 24 hours.
