CRIME REPORT 9 SEP

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

1.      Case FIR No. 214/13 dated 09/09/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kishore S/O Sh. Hardev Singh R/O Vill. Kawalkot PO Kothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/09/13 Vijay Kumar and Chhavi Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamaldeep No. 888 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 215/13 dated 09/09/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Indira Devi W/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Vill. Bhout PO Sidhyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ganga Ran obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF THEFT

3.      Case FIR No. 232/13 dated 09/09/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of RM HRTC Mandi that during the intervening night of 07-08/09/13 some unknown culprits stole away 7 Nos. G.I. pipes of water supply scheme of HRTC Mandi from Majhwar. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS

4.      Case FIR No. 72/13 dated 08/09/13 U/S 434,447,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Vidya Devi W/O Late Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Manihana PO MD Galu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/13 Smt. Tawarsi Devi, Khimi Devi and Sheela Devi all resident of Manihana entered in her land and destroyed the land marks which were installed by the revenue department in her land. HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ravi Sharma S/O Sh. Ishwar Dass R/O Vill. Matoli PO Samaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) on 08/09/13 he was going towards Kuthera by his M/Cycle (HP15-3732) and when he reached at Ghodi Samaila, in the mean time a scooter (PB35B-3403) came from opposite side and struck with his bike and he fell down on the road and sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

6.      53 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7600/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
