CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 224/13 dated 08/09/13 U/S 452,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O VPO Giun Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/09/13 Basant Singh S/O Sh. Lal Singh, Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Lal Singh and Lal Singh S/O Sh. Lahsnu Ram all resident of VPO Giun beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Nasib Singh Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 225/13 dated 08/09/13 U/S 342,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Achharu Raqm R/O Vill. Kaunsal PO Pehad Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/09/13  an unknown person caught his wife Sunita Devi in his cowshed and tied her with her dupta and she came unconscious. ASI Nasib Singh Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF WRONGFUL RESTRAINT AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 226/13 dated 08/09/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lavleen S/O Sh. Raj Mal R/O Vill. Thati PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Daulat Ram and Lachhman R/O Kaunsal PO Pehad obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Nasib Singh Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 211/13 dated 07/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI (Prob.) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 07/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhiyura and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liter illicit liquor from the possession of Sheela Devi W/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Bhiyura Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND ASSAULT

5.      Case FIR No. 212/13 dated 07/09/13 U/S 341,323,355,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/O Sh. Karmu Ram R/O Vill. Malthehar PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/09/13 three persons obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 69/13 dated 07/09/13 U/S 341,427,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Punnu Ram S/O Sh. Lohalu Ram R/O Vill. Baggi PO Segali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Hari Singh S/O Sh. Bhadaru R/O Baggi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

7.      72 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
