1 Case FIR No. 72/13 dated 3/09/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Neter Singh R/O Kholi PO Garushani Distt. Mandi(HP) that he is Junior Astt. in Tehsil office at Balichowki. On 2/09/13 at about 9:15 PM when he was going to zero Chownk at Balichowki, in mean time Het Ram S/O Sh. Pritam VPO Balichowki Distt. Mandi(HP) came there and obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 3/09/13 at about 6AM Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Dayal & Thakur S/O Sh. Kahan Ram both the resident of Panau PO Nau Distt. Mandi(HP) came in the courtyard of his house and also threw the soil on his house and beat him along with his wife HC khem Chand No. 21 I/O of PS Aut is investigating the case

3 Case FIR No. 203/13 dated 02/09/13 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Raghu Ram R/O Banoun PO Kapahi that on 01/09/13 at about 7PM Leeladhar came along with his family members and entered in the courtyard of his house and beat him up. HC Malki yat Singh I/O of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case .

4 Case FIR No. 204/13 dated 02/09/13 U/S 498(A) , 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Dolma Devi W/O Sh. Prem Dass R/O Tamroh PO Diyargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) that her husband , mother-in-law, brother-in-law are harassing her physically and mentally . On 02/09/13 at about 6AM her husband and his family members beat her up. 5 Case FIR NO. 205/13dated 02/09/13 U/S 454, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Hawani PO Sidhyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/09/13 some unknown culprits stole away jewelry along with cash by breaking the lock of the door. HC kamaldeep No. 888 I/O of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

SI Munish Raj that on 02/09/13 at about 06:15 PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhawan then during the course of patrolling he recovered 54 gram Charas from the possession of Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Kapoor Chand R/O Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) . (Prob). SI Munish Raj I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
7 Case FIR No. 195/13 dated 03/09/13 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Kumar Soni S/O Sh. Ram Kumar R/O House No. 267/10 Changer Colony Distt. Mandi(HP) presently New Shiva Jeweler Shop main road Bhojpur Sundernagar that during the intervening ninght of 02/03-09-13 some unnowm culprits stole away golden & silver jewelryby breaking the lock of the shop situated at Bhojpur . ASI Shiv Kumar I/O of PS Sundernagar is investigating the case .

8 99 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,800 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 5challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours during last 24 hours.
