CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 242/13 dated 29/08/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI (Prob.) KUlwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Kawari & during rhe course of nakka he recovered 1.688 KG cannabis (charas) from the possession of Rajan S/O Sawaran Chand R/O Danowal Khurd PO  & Tehsil Garhshankar Distt. Hoshiarpur (Pubjab). SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 236/13 dated 29/09/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O VPO Sarkidhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/09/13 Jeet Ram and his wife Jaiwanti Devi beat him up. ASI Sushil Guleria Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTNG WAY & HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 237/13 dated 30/09/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Fateh Singh S/O Sh. Lakhu Ram R/O Vill. Bhayarta PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/09/13 Basant Singh S/O Sh. Prem Dass obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSRTRUCTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 110/13 dated 29/09/13 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O Vill. Pehan PO Sainj Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/09/13 Budhi Singh and Baldev obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

5.      46  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6200/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 200 was recovered during last 24 hours.
