 CASE OF  NON -ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT.

1          Case FIR NO. 230/13 DATED 05/09/13 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Nirmal Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar that  on 5/09/13   he along with other police officials  succeeded in arresting DeshRaj S/O  Sh. Chhanga Ram R/O Mangkhetar PO Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP)   who was declared  Proclaimed  Offender by   the Ld. Court JMIC-I Mandi on 24/11/2011  .HC  Nirmal  Singh  I/O of P.S. Sadar  Mandi(HP)  is investigating the case .

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 220/13 dated 05/09/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Singh R/O  Shidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(HP) that  on 05/09/13  when he was going to Sidhpur  on his  Moter Cycle No.(HP 28-6037) and reached near  Barotu, in mean time a Motor Cycle No. (HP 28B-0596) came from opposite side and  hit his Motor Cycle and he sustained injuries.  HC Sarwan Kumar I/O of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 135/13 dated 06/09/13 U/S 323, 325, 324, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Santosh S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Gangoti Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 02/09/13 at about  1PM when  he was  going    to graze the goats  and reached near forest Land at Barnoud, in mean time  Gopal S/O Sh. Dharam Singh came there   and beat him up and  also threatened  with dire consequence . ASI Karam Singh I/C   of PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

4          Case FIR No. 221/13 dated 06 /09/13 U/S 325, 323 IPC  has  been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Babli Devi W/O Sh. Shashi Ram R/O Khudi PO Khahan  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/08/13 her husband has beaten her   and she sustained injuries. HC Nand Lal No. 41 I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

5            61  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 14,200-/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1 challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100/- was recovered   and 1 challans were issued under Mining Act    during last 24 hours.
