CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 233/13 dated 19/09/13 U/S 323,325,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Milkhi Ram S/O Sh. Dandu Ram R/O Vill. Bastla PO Naubahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/09/13 Gandhi Ram, Sindhi Devi, Vikas and Vaishali beat him up along with Kasmira Devi and Jamna Devi and they sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 235/13 dated 20/09/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh S/O Sh. Udhmiya Ram R/O Gadoli Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 19/09/13 he was going to his home and on the way 3-4 persons obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Amar Nath I. O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 144/13 dated 19/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram Incharge Police Post Ghatta that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sukkabag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7500 ML country liquor from the possession of Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Diwan Chand R/O Passal Har PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Thakru Ram Incharge P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4. Case FIR No. 204/13 dated 19/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P. S. Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at BBMB Colony Sundernagar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 21000 ML country liquor from the possession of Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Ram Singh. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5. 68 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 400 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
