1. Case FIR No. 74/13 dated 12/09/13 U/S 451,341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Gaytri Devi W/O Sh. Goverdhan Singh R/O Vill. Nanwana PO Jhiri Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/09/13 Manoj Kumar along with another person entered in her house and they beat her up. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 103/13 dated 11/09/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Hansa Devi W/O Sh. Man Singh R/O Vill. Bata Seri PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/09/13 Chander Mani @ Chandu S/O Sh. Hira Singh R/O Vill. Deem PO Bassi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 230/13 dated 12/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli that on 11/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kakbohi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 729000 ML (81 boxes) English Wine from the possession of Rajender Kumar @ Manga S/O Sh. Narotam Ram R/O Kakbohi PO Bachhwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.

4. 74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 100 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
