CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 145/13 dated 22/09/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi S/O Sh. Himal Chand R/O Vill. Maman PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/09/13 Vikram Singh S/O Late Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Vill. Maman PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in her bramda and beat her up. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 227/13 dated 22/09/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Monu S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Rao PO Diyargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/09/13 at about 09.20 PM a vehicle fell down in a canal and he didn't know which type of vehicle fell-down in the canal and how many persons boarded the same. SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 94 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 1000 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
