CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 229/13 dated 10/09/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Mathura Devi W/O Sh. Thakru Ram R/O Vill. Kothi Ropa PO Thina Galu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 7 AM Surinder Kumar @ Sidhu obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2. Case FIR No. 196/13 dated 09/09/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Ram Swaroop Incharge Police Post Dehar that on 09/09/13 at about 6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dehavi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML country liquor from the possession f Roop Singh S/O Sh. Amar Nath R/Gamahu PO Kangoo Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ram Swaroop Incharge Police Post Dehar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 99 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 300 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
