1 Case FIR No. 152/14 dated 20/05/14 U/S 379, 511, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rohit Singh S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh R/O Bardana P.O. Sakalana Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) at present working as a cable operator that on19/05/14 at about 8:45 PM he was going to repair the cable line at Leva and when he reached there and found that Kaku and Vijay were cutting the cable with the help of cutting tools and he obstructed him and handed over to the police . SI Madan Lal I/C of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 153/14 dated 18/05/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kaku Kumar S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Neri P.O. Sandhole that on 19/05/14 when he was going to sandhole along with Narender Kumar and Vijay Kumar in the mean time Kaku S/O Damodar Dass came along with Rohit and obstructed their way and beat them . SI Madan Lal I/C of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 122/14 dated 19/05/14 U/S 457, 511, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. B.R. Sharma R/O House No. 147/4 opposite PWD Rest House that during the intervening night of 19-20/05/14 two unknown culprits tried to break the ATM Machine ( Baroda Bank) with the help of cutting tool and they have also wore the black color face-mask on their face and both of them ran away from the spot . ASI Samsher Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
4 80challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours
