1 Case FIR No. 143/14 dated 14/05/14 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Thakari Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Joli P.O. Mohal Tehsil Kullu that on 04/05/14 her daughter came to her Nanihal situated at Kutherhar P.O. Dev Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat but she is missing till now and he suspect that someone kidnapped his daughter . (Prob) SI Anil Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 148/14 dated 15/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Todar Ram R/O Gagal Teshil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 15/05/14 at about 09:15 AM he was present at Gutkar , in the mean time a Motor Cycle ( HP 33C-5748) who was coming from Mandi side hit by the Bus (HP31A-4332) from behind and Motor Cycle Rider Pankaj Sharma sustained the injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No.118/14 dated 14/05/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Hem Raj I/O of P.S. Sadar that on 14/05/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottle of Country Liquor and 10 Bottle of Beer from the possession of Sushil Kumar S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi from his shop. ASI Hem Raj I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No.67/14 dated 15/05/14 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Mehtaba R/O Vill. Sagnehar , Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (H.P.) that Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Mehtaba R/O Sannehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that has purchased the Land by showing the wrong documents pertaining to be a agriculturist . ASI Thakru Ram I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 68/14 dated 15/05/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tilak Raj S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Chanjra P.O. Ahju Tehsil Jogingernaga Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that yesterday at about 7:30 PM Subhash resident of same locality came along with Pyare Lal , Ravinder Kumar , Jagdish Chand and Rajmal and obstructed his way and beat him up . HC Desh Raj I/O of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
6 56 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours
