PRESS NOTE
1 Case FIR No. 142/14 dated 08/05/14 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Baljinder Singh S/O Sh. Darshan Singh R/O Palakpur P.O. Narud Tehsil Fagwara Distt. Kapurthalal (PB) that on 08/05/14 at about 7:15 PM he was going along with his friend, Virender Kumar by Motor Cycle (PB36G-3126) towards Manikaran and when they reached near Dadour in the mean time Jeep (HP34B-2217) came rashly from behind and hit his Motor Cycle and both of them sustained injuries . HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 143/14 dated 08/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chandresh Chandel S/O Late Sh. Girja Nand R/O Gutkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 08/05/14 at about 10:15 PM he was going to Gutkar by his Tata Safari(HP10-1150) ,which was driven by his friend Desh Raj and when they reached near Shiv Mandir Nagchalla in the mean time Truck (HP65-3160) came rashly from Mandi side and hit his Vehicle . ASI Joginder Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 63/14 dated 08/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Anjana Devi W/O Sh. Dan Singh R/O Bharola P.O. Kuthehra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) she was coming back to her house along with her son Dakash Rana and Sweta and when reached near Groru ,in the mean time a Motor Cycle rider came rashly from Jogindernagar side and hit to Miss Sweta . ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 30/14 dated 09/5/14 U/S 341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Khub Ram S/O Sh. Arjun R/O Kot P.O. Seri Kothi Tehsil Nihari Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 04/05/14 at about 4:00 PM his wife Sevti Devi obstructed his way and beat him up . ASI Shanti Singh I/O of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 115/14 dated 08/05/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ravi Singh S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Thalehar P.O. Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 08/05/14 he was went to their mason work along with Chitter Singh, Naveen Kumar and Dighu Ram and he was returned back to their home by Auto (HP65-1514) and when they reached near Biar School in the mean time the driver of above Auto lost the control upon vehicle and collided with hill situated near by the road and rolled down and he along with other two occupants sustained the injuries. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 111/14 dated 08/05/14 U/S 341, 323, 147 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dhirender Singh S/O Sh. Virender Singh R/O Baned Syan Bain P.O. Chatrokhari Tehsil Sunder nagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 08/05/14 at about 5:30 PM he came from Maloh along with his friend and when reached near Temple Kali Mata , in the mean time 7/8 person came there and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries . ASI Hitender Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
7 21challans were issued and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours
