1 Case FIR No. 129/14 dated 01/05/14 U/S 18, 32 of ND& PS Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Sunil Kumar I/C of P.P. Hatli that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gobharta and during the course of patrolling he found that 252 Opium Plants were cultivated illegally by the Prem Sukh S/O Sh. Bhagirath & Basanti Devi W/O Sh. Pushap Raj both of the resident of Gobhrata P.O. Sarkidhar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.). SI Sunil Kumar I/C of PP hatli is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 103/14 dated 1/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rewat Singh S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Bharsi P.O. Tehsil Gohar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 1/05/14 he was going to Chandigarh by HRTC Bus ( HP 69-2827) and when reached at Jarol in the mean time a Taxi Car( HP01A-2494) came rashly from Slapper side and and collided with above Bus and in this accident 7 occupants sustained injuries . ASI Khalil Ahmed I/C of High Way Sundernagar is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 104/14 dated 1/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Joginder Kumar House No. 282/C West Vihar Extention New Delhi that on 1/05/14 at about 3:15 PM when he was present at Jarol along with his Bus(DL-1PC-3488) in mean time a Car ( HP01D- 4415) came rashly from Slapper side and hit his conductor and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Lal I/O of High Way Sundernagar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 135/14 dated 02/05/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Guresh Thakur S/O Sh. Lok Pal R/O Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 01/05/14 at about 10:30 PM he was coming back from Abhilashi Collage and when reached near collage gate in the mean time one unknown person came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sukesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 48/14 dated 1/05/14 U/S 341, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsong on the complaint of Sh. Rup Singh S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Sainaj Begra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 26/04/14 Ram Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ranjeet Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
6 60 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours
