1 Case FIR No. 101/14 dated 30/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shanti Swaroop I/O of P.S. BSL Colony at present duty along with the Static Surveillance Team that he was on duty along with the Static Surveillance Team and during the course of checking of Vehicle (RJ-14C-5231) he recovered 12 Bottle of English Wine which was driven by Manish Bhardwaj S/O Sh. Sunen Sharma R/O House No. 35 Rajinder Nagar Vaishali Nagar Jaipur (RJ). ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 60/14 dated 01/05/14 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Kohra P.O. Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that during the intervening night of 30-1/05/14 some unknown Vehcile hit his Maternal Uncle and died at Hospital Jogindernagar . HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 61/14 dated 1/05/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Vinod Kumar I/C of PP Lad-Bharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1125 ML English Wine from the possession of Biptu Ram S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Patt P.O. Bag Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.) ASI Vinod Kumar I/C of P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 109/14 dated 01/05/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Om Chand S/O Sh. Amar Chand R/O Dudar( Megal) P.O. Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 30/05/14 he was coming to Mandi by his Moter Cycle ( HP 31-5360) and at about 4:30PM when he reached near Pipal Bodi in the mean time Khem Chand, Devi Ram and Ramesh Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Rattan Singh I/C of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No.125/14 dated 30/04/14 U/S 324, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the c complaint of Sh. Basant Singh S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Fihar P.O. Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/04/14 Badri Dass beat him up . SI Madan Lal I/C of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 127/14 dated 30/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 355 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kulbir Singh S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Dharoun P.O. Patta Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur that on 30/04/14 at about 8AM the owner of the I.T.I. collage, namely Bitta obstructed his way and beat him up . SI Sunil Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case .
7 Case FIR No. 128/14 dated 30/04/14 U/S 451, 417, 420, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Bharma Nand R/O Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 30/04/14 at about 8AM Kulbeer Singh entered in the courtyard of his house and also took away his bag, belt and badges and threatened with dire consequence . SI Sunil Kumar I/C of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.
8 50 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours
