1          In a  major  update  of case  FIR No.190/14  dated  21/06/14  U/S  302, 147, 149, 506 IPC     two  accused namely  Raj Kumar  @ Narayan S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O  Chak Ka  Gohar  P.O. Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) and Pal @  Virender Kumar  S/O Sh.  Tota Ram R/O   Chak   Ka Gohar P.O. Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) has been arrested in above case. They will be produced before the Ld Court of JMIC-II Mandi on today AN (.)

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

2        Case FIR No. 94/14 dated 25/06/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   Jogindernagar  by  Insp. Prakash Chand  Verma  I/C of SIU  Mandi  that today  i.e. 25/06/14   he was on patrolling along with the other police officials  at  Sanda  and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  he  recovered   12 Bottle of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Rajender  Singh  S/O  Late Sh. Dunni Chand  R/O  Sanda P.O. Utpur  Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  Insp.  Prakash  Chand  Verma I/C of SIU Mandi  is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

 

3        Case FIR No. 194/14 dated 25/06/14 U/S 498(A), 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of   Smt. Kanchan W/O Sh. Devender Singh R/O Dhawan Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with  Devender Singh during  the year 2006 . But soon after the marriage her husband, Devender Singh     father-in -law Kashmir Singh & mother-in- law Smt. Judhya Devi   started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding the dowry.  ASI Jagdish  Chand  I/O of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CHEATING

4        Case FIR No. 209/14 dated 24/06/14 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Sh.  Neeraj Kumar S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O  Pipli P.O. Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  during the year 2013  he  met with a person namely , Badal  who introduce herself as a  probationary officer in PNB Bank Sarkaghat  and he also came to  his shop and  told  him  that he can make the bank limit upto 4 Lakhs and after the six months   his money will be double . on  31/08/13  he again came to his  shop and  complainant  gave the  3 Lakhs in cash but now  complainant   called him, then  he's making several excuses. 5        Case FIR No. 210/14 dated 24/06/14 U/S 447, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Roop Lal Principal  Govt.  Sr.  Sec. School   Sari  that  on  24/06/14  Acchar Singh  came along with  Manjula Devi and entered in the campus and  damaged the boundary fencing  near  the  school play ground .  CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, RIOTING AND HURT

6        Case FIR No. 211/14 dated 24/06/14  U/S 341, 323, 147, 149 IPC has been registered in  the P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint   of Sh.  Dinesh  Sharma S/O Sh. Gian Chand  R/O  Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 23/06/14  at about 09:30  PM  he  was  going to  Kotlu alongwith  Rajinder Pal , in the mean time  Sunny  S/O  Ranjeet Singh  came  alongwith his friends and  obstructed their  way and  beat up them.  (Prob). SI  Anil Kumar  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN  

7        95challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.

PRESENT STATUS OF CASE OF MURDER, RIOTING & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION REGISTERED IN P.S. BALH

 

1. In a major update of case FIR No.190/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 302,147,149,506 IPC 2 named accused namely Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O VPO Nerchwok Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) and Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Meghu Ram R/O Vill. Chalk-Ka-Gahar PO Bhangrotu Distt. Mandi have been arrested and the Ld. Court has awarded police remand upto 25/06/14 and they are being thoroughly interrogated. A special team has been constituted by the undersigned for the speedy investigation which is headed by Sh. K.C. Rana, HPS, Addl. S.P. Mandi and this team is making all severe efforts.

2. Case FIR No. 93/14 dated 24/06/14  U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  Insp. Prakash Chand  Verma I/C of SIU Mandi (HP) that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials Galuan and during the course of patrolling he recovered  36 Bottle of  Country Liquor & 22 Bottle of English Wine  from the possession of  Piyar Chand  S/O Sh. Lakshman Singh  R/O Goluan Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P). Insp. Prakash Chand  Verma  I/C of  SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 147/14 dated 23/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh.  Chetan Kumar S/O Sh.  Kesar Singh R/O  Rohanda  P.O.  Sangalwara Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 23/06/14  at about  11.45  AM   he was going towards the  Library of   Vallabh Govt. Degree College Mandi  along with  his friends, in the mean time  Munish  came  along with  Yogesh, Mahinder &  Deshraj  and they obstructed his  way and beat him up them.  HC Durga Dass  No. 408 I/O of P.S. Mandi (HP) that  on  23/06/14   he along with  his friend  Mahinder Singh   going  towards Kalamanch Kendra of   Vallabh Govt. Degree College Mandi, in the mean time  Chetan  Kumar  came along with  Lokpal  &  Mahinder and  obstructed  their way and they beat up to them. HC Shiv Kumar No. 894  I/O of P.S. 5. Case FIR No. 205/14 dated 23/06/14  U/S  341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the comaplint of  Sh.  Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Kamlesh Kumar R/O Darkoti  Tehsil  Touni Devi  Distt. Hamirpur   (H.P.) that  on 23/06/14   at  4 PM   Naresh Kumar came along with  another  person and obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Desh Raj  I/O of P.S. 1. Case FIR No. 207/14  dated 24/06/14  U/S 341, 323, 147, 149, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on  the complaint of  Sh.  Partap Singh  S/O Sh. Labh Singh  R/O  Takrehar P.O. Sandhole that  on 23/06/14   at about 7.30 PM  Ramesh  Chand  came along with his family members and they obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Amrit Lal I/O of PP Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 66/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Aelu Ram S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Vill. Thata PO Dhanyar Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/13 he was going along with S/Sh. Hem Raj, Hervani Thakur, Thakur Sing and Roshan Lal by a jeep (HP32-2253) which was driven by Kurwani Kumar S/O Sh. Khushi Ram R/O Vill. Thata PO Ghanyar Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt.Mandi (HP) and due to rash and negligent driving he lost control over it and said jeep rolled down from the road and two persons namely Sh. Thakur Singh S/O Sh. Mand Singh and Sh. Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram died on the spot. ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 67/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 279 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. D.R. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Dole Ram R/O Vill. Shansha PO Shansha Tehsil Keylong Distt. L&S (HP) that on 22/06/14 he was on his return journey from Shimla to Kullu by his car (HP43-1300) and when reached at Jhiri, in the mean time a truck (HP65-1785) came very rash and negligently and his car and sped away from the spot. Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/14 Noor Chand and Neera Devi R/O Gobhrta entered in her courtyard and beat her up. SI Sunil Kumar Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) presently residing in a rented quarter with her husband at Chailchowk that they are constructing house at Ganyura and on 22/06/14 her father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law stopped their construction work and also threatened. Bari Majhrana Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 22/06/14  Mohinder Singh S/O SH. Gopi Ram R/O Manyana and Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. 2. Case FIR No. 145/14 dated 23/06/14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Singh R/O Vill. Nihalag PO Majhwar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/06/14 he was travelling by a HRTC Bus (HP65-7504) which was on its way from Mandi to Majhwar and when said bus reached near Chatrot Nullah said bus struck with a M/Cycle (HP33B-4961) and thereafter fell-down from the road and both riders of  said M/Cycle namely S/Sh. Jagat Ram S/O Sh. Narayan Dass R/O Badog PO Duddur Distt. Mandi (HP)  and Harish S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Vill. Bolanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  and another passenger of boarded said ill-fated  bus namely Sh. Paras Ram S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Kippar PO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) died on the spot.  SI Sandeep Chaudary Incharge P.P.  Pandoh is investigating the case.

Guratan PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/14 she along with her sister Lohari Devi were going to her fields and on the way Kishori Lal  S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Vill. 1. Case FIR No. 178/14 dated 12/06/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurdhayn Sngh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Majhyathal PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/14 a tipper (HP31-8188) came very rashly from Mandi side and hit to Sh. Padam Singh S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Bhangrotu who was going on foot towards Nerchowk side and he sustained injuries.

1. Case FIR No. 144/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 147,149,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Govind Ram S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Kot PO Seri Kothi Tehisl Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/14 he was going along with his friend Sohan Singh to his home and when they reached at Meharu Bag in the mean time Yeshwant Singh, Sita Ram, Shashi, Gulzari and Mehar Chand came there by a vehicle (HP31-2585) and beat him up along with his friend Sohan Singh. CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 145/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi W/O Late. Sh. Sita Ram R/O Dawran PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/06/13 her son Lalit Kumar beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC CHaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1. Case FIR No. 202/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Murli Manohar S/O Sh.Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Daulatpur PO & Tehsil Kadipur Distt. Sultanpur   that he is residing in Village Bahari PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat since 10 years and on 20/06/14 he along with his wife gone to CH Sarkaghat and his daughters  Sonu and Monu were  at their residence at  Bahari . On the their return from Sarkaghat  they  found that their minor daughter Sonu was not present in their quarter. His daughter Monu told to him that his daughter went to Bus Stand Dharampur along with Golu and they did not return back and he suspects that his daughter was kidnapped. .   ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.P. 3          Case FIR No. 143/14 dated 20/06/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi  on the complaint of  Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O  Riu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  02/05/14   he was  going  by an  Auto(HP05-0919) and when reached  near bypass Mandi in the mean time  a Crain of HRTC (HP07-3188) came very rashly  and hit  the above mentioned Auto  and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Hem Chand  I/O of Highway Sadar is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No. 144/14 dated 20/06/14  U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Hari Krishan R/O Simsa P.O. Dimal Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu(H.P.) that  on 20/06/14   he was going to  his home  alongwith his wife and  daughter by his  Car and when they reached near Bindrabani, in the mean time another  Car (HP33A-8142) came very rashly from  Pandoh side and hit  his car. 5        Case  FIR No. 188/14 dated 20/06/14  U/S 279, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Basakhu Ram S/O Sh. Dhanna Ram  VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 20/06/14  at about 9.30 PM   he along with his brother were present  at his home which is situated adjoining  of NH-21, in the mean time a Car(HP33C-8002) came rashly and  rolled down on the road and hit his brother  Sh. Nikka  Ram  who succumbed  to his injuries at CHC  Ratti . SI Rattan Chand I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6        Case FIR No. 189/14 dated 21/05/14  U/S  279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  HHG  Dharam Pal   that  on 20/06/14  he was on patrolling along with HHG  Rajeev Kapoor   and at about  11.50 PM  Vehicle (HP07C-1131) came rashly and  collided with  Road  Divider at Nerchowk Bazaar. 7          Case  FIR No. 190/14 dated 21/06/14  U/S 302, 147, 149, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of  Sh.  Vijay  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Nek Ram R/O  Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 20/06/14  at about 10PM  he  was going  along with  Rakesh Kumar by  Car(HP33C-8002) which was driven by the Rakesh Kumar   and suddenly  Rakesh Kumar lost the control on the car and   hit    to Nikka Ram  who was present alongside the road , in the mean time  Anil Kumar came alongwith Rakesh Kumar  and other persons   and started to beat driver  Rakesh  Kumar of  above car   who  died  at Zonal Hospital Mandi and  he sped away from the spot.   Inspr.  Madan Dhiman, SHO  P.S. Mandi (HP) driver of  bus No. (HP33-5727) which was on its route from    Mandi to Sundernagar and when said bus reached near Bhangrotu he saw that about    50/60  persons  obstructed the NH-21 and also raising  the slogan  against the  administration. 9          Case FIR No. 192/14  dated 21/05/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Balh  on the comaplint of  Sh. Rattan Singh S/O Sh. Jeet Ram  R/O  Kot P.O. Paploa Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P) that  on  21/06/14   he  was going alongside the road , in the  mean time  Motor Cycle (HP33B-3445)  came rashly   from Nerchowk side and  hit him .   HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64  I/O of P.S. CASE OF MURDER

 

10         Case FIR No. 58/14 dated 20/06/14  U/S 302  IPC  has been registered in P.S Padhar on  the complaint of  Smt. Chandrawati W/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O Sakahan P.O. Kufari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  her husband  was posted as  Chowkidar in  HPPWD  Padhar  and  on  07/06/14  evening  he went to his duty but on 08/06/14  she came to know that her husband's dead body  found  in  the field and his neck was knocked with a rope.   SI Bhim Sain SHO of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case. 

13    58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours

Gopalpur  Tehsil Sarkagahat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/06/14  Kaushlya Devi  came along with  her family and  beat him  up.  HC Inder Singh No. 7 I/O of P.S. 2        Case FIR No.142/14 dated 19/06/14  U/S  279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Arun Sarkar S/O Late.Sh. Navad Weep Sarkar R/O  DBC Mayapur P.O. Talbagicha Distt. West Medanipur( West Bangal) that on 09/06/14  he  along with his wife were staying at  Hotel   Shubam  at Saulikhad  and at about 8:30 PM  when he along with  his wife  were going to evening walk, in the mean time  Bus (HP65-5144) came rashly  and hit his wife   who   died at Zonal Hospital Mandi. SI Vinod Kumar  Thakur I/O of P.S.  Sadar   is investigating the case.

 

3        Case FIR No. 75/14  dated 19/06/14  U/S 451, 323,504, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of   Kubja Devi W/O Sh.  Lekh Raj R/O Bhagyar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/06/14   she was present in her home along with her daughter, Nutan Kumari, in  the mean time  Suresh Kumar  came along with Hema Devi and entered in her home and beat her  along with her daughter.  HC  Krishan Lal No. 13   I/O of P.S. 4        Case FIR No.   76/14 dated  20/06/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Smt. Bodh Kumari W/O Sh.  Desh Raj R/O  Karnala P.O.Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 19/06/14  at about 6:30 PM     she  was going to Bagsaid  along with  Arjun Singh , Tej Singh ,  Guma Devi , HansRaj & Om Chand  by the Vehicle( HP34C -0172) which was driven by    Vir Bahadur  and when they  reached near  Badhyash  in  the mean  time   driver of above  Vehicle lost the control over it  the Vehicle and  fell down  about  20 feet downwards from the  road and all the occupants sustained injuries.  HC Prabhakar  No. 872 I/O of P.S.  Gohar is investigating the case.

 

5        112challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,600/- was recovered   and 2 challans were issued  under COTPA  and fine of Rs 200-/  was recovered during last 24 hours.

1. Case FIR No. 46/14 dated 19/06/14 U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Naulakha and during the course of nakka he recovered 195 Gram cannabis (charas)  from the possession of Charanjeet S/O Sh. Rawal Singh R/O Gurgaon (Haryana). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

2. Case FIR No. 141/14  dated 19/06/14  U/S 451, 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Sarla devi W/O  Late Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Tharu P.O. Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on  18/06/14   Mast Ram  resident of the same locality  entered in  the courtyard  of  his house and   also obstructed her and  beat  her up.  ASI Brij Lal  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the  case.

1. Case FIR No. 56/14  dated 18/06/14  U/S  279,337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Padhar on the  complaint of Sh. Shubham Kapil S/O Sh. Sanjeev Kumar  R/O  Katheda  Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur that  he is the student of Engineering collage Doaba and he came to home  on leave  and on 18/06/14  when he along  with  Priyanka , Subham and  Anu were going to Parasar by Car (HP23C-0125) and when  they reached near Batheri, in the mean time the  Anu lost the control on the car and  fell down  from  road in  the ditch and  Anu  who was driving the above vehicle  died on the spot  and  Shubham and Priyanka sustained the injuries .  ASI  Joginder Singh I/O of P.S. 2. Case FIR No. 57/14 Dated 19-06-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act  has been registered on the Statement of Sh. Kamal Chauhan S/O  Sh. Jeewan Lal R/O VPO Padhar Tehsil   Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Chiranji S/O Late Sh. Prem Singh R/O Vill. Gail(Urla) PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) came by M/Cycle (PB65L-4609)  from Jogindernagar side towards Mandi and in the mean time another M/Cycle rider namely Aashish Kumar S/O Sh. C.R. Thakur R/O Takoli PO. Panarsa Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) came by his M/Cycle (HP38D-0550) from Mandi side towards Jogindernagar and both riders collided with each other. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of  P.S. 3. Case FIR No. 90/14 dated  18/06/14  U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.s. Jogindernagar by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42 Incharge  Highway Patrol Beat No. 7  that he received an information that an accident took place at  Badni Nullah and during the spot inspection he found that  a HRTC  bus (HP53-4661) was on its way from Joginderngar towards Baijnath and when reached near Patku said bus hit to a scooty rider and he sustained injuries.   HC Sarvan Kumar I/O of Highway  patrol is investigating the case.

6        Case FIR No. 197/14 dated  18/06/2014 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Balak Ram VPO Nauwahi  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 18/06/2014 Prem Singh and his family members beat her up. SI (Prob.)  Anil Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7        68 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 13,200/-  and 4 challans   made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 400/-.
