CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No.42/15 dated 28/05/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Badaj PO  Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/05/15 he was  going to Mandi by  his  Motor Cycle(HP76-1386) and  when he reached near Kothi, in the mean time another Motor Cycle(HP34A-9948)  came from Mandi  side  and  hit his Motor Cycle and   he sustained injuries.  HC  Chaman  Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S Padhar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND MISCHIEF

2        Case FIR No.74.15 dated 28/05/15  U/S 341, 323,  504, 427  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Vivek S/O Sh. Bishan Dass R/O Ward No. 3 near Nagar Panchyat Jogindernagar  that on 28/05/15  Anand Thapa S/O Sh. Bhupender Thapa R/O Ner-Gharwasda PO  Majharnoo Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat  him up and  also broke the  front glass of his car.  HC  Thakur Singh I.O. of  PP  Bassi is investigating  the case.

 CASE   OF  DANGER OR OBSTRUCTION IN  PUBLIC WAY

3        Case FIR  No. 74/15 dated 28/05/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  HC Tej Singh  No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog   that on 28/05/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Mumail   and during the  course of patrolling he  found that  a heap of sand  laid on the  road  by  Mohan Sharma S/O Sh. Chandermani PO Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic .  HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating   the case

 CASE   OF  ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO  NEGLIGENT ACT.

4        Case FIR No. 75/15 dated 28/05/15  U/S 279, 337 , 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  SI  Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog that on  a telephonic  information he  went on  the spot at  Kotlu and  found that a Vehicle (HP01K-5100 )  was met with an accident  due to rash  driving by  driver  of  said  vehicle  and  6  occupants  who were boarded on  said  vehicle   died on the spot and  3  got injuries.  SI Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S.  Karsog  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIATION

5        Case FIR  No. 135/15 dated 28/05/15  U/S 325, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint  of  Smt.  Satya Devi  W/O Sh. Ghebar Ram  R/O  Sakoh PO  Tihra, Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  25/05/15  Mehtab Singh  S/O Sh. Bazira Ram resident of same locality   beat her  up  and she  sustained injuries and  also threatened her with dire consequences. HC  Vijay  Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

6        Case FIR No. 136/15 dated 29/05/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC  & U/S 187 MV  Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Shashi Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagi  Rath R/O  Bastla PO  Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 29/05/15 at  Bastla  an unknown  vehicle came rashly   and hit to  Ajay  Kumar S/O Sh.  Bhagirath R/O  Kotlu PO  Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) and  sustained injuries.  ASI  Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

7        169  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 32,100/-  was  recovered  and 5 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 600/-  was recovered  and 1  challan was   issued under  Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 4600 /-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
