CRIME REPORT 10 MAY

INAGURATION OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED BUILDING OF P.S. AUT

CASE OF RIOTING, USE OF OBSCENE WORDS IN PUBLIC AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 45/15 dated 10/05/2015 U/S 147,149,294,504,506,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kiran Kumar W/O Late Sh. Mahinder R/O Kharari PO Purana Bazaar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/05/2015 Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Kharari PO Purana Bazaar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) used filthy language and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 123/15 dated 09/05/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Amar Chand VPO Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/05/2015 he was coming from Hukkal side towards Parchu by his pick-up and when his jeep came near PWD workshop at Parchu, in the mean time a M/Cycle came from Parchhu side very rashly and struck with his pick-up and both occupants of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY

4. Case FIR No. 51/15 dated 10/05/2015 U/S 341/143 IPC has been registered on the statement of HC Harbansh Singh No. 68 I/C Highway patrol beat No. 5 from Pandoh to Jhiri   that today at about 11 AM he was on patrolling along by official M/Cycle from Jhiri towards Thalaut with the carcade of Hon'ble Chief Minister of HP and when said carcade reached at Panarsa, 6/7 unknown persons obstructed/blocked the carcade of hon'ble Chief Minister about for 15 minutes and shouted slogans against the state  government. ASI Mohar Singh is investigating the case.

5. 125 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 17,700 /-  was  recovered  and 29  challans   was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 2900/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
