CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

Case FIR No.114/15 dated 21/5/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar  on the Statement of Sh.  Hem Raj S/O Dharampal R/O Village Chhipnu PO Bijni Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 21/05/15 at about 8:30 pm Diwan chand and his son Neeraj obstructed his way, abused and beat him up. ASI Hem Raj I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Case FIR No 139/15 Dated 21/5/15 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the statement of Sh. Shiv Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Ram saran R/O VPO Jarol Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 19/5/15 &20/5/15 his real brother Bansi lal, Amar chand and Prem lal obstruct his way abused him and also beat him up. HC Rajender Kumar I/O PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

Case FIR No 140/15 Dated 21/5/15 U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh Devku Ram R/O Sikari P/O Kalahod Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 16/5/15 his wife Keli Devi and his son Desh Raj abused him or beat him up. He sustained  injuries. HC Puran Chand I/O P.S.SunderNagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

Case FIR No 141/15 Dated 21/5/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram VPO Sudahan Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 21/5/15 at about 09:40PM when he was present at  his home at that time someone told him  telephonycally that an accident occurred near Gas plant Slapper. After this he run towards the spot and he found a  m/cycle No HP22A-0750 and its rider namely Bhim Singh S/O Lekh Ram R/O Vill Kanol P/O Batwara Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi was in accidental condition. Any Truck hit his m/cycle and ran away. He susrained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

A Case FIR No. 19/15 dated 22/05/15 U/S 47 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Dharampur by ASI Bidhi Chand. He stated that on 21/05/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sidhpur and he found a salesman of  a wineshop was selling the wine after 10:00 PM. ASI Bidhi Chand is investigating the case.

CHALLLANS

156 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 20600/- was recovered and 32 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
