CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS,  MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No.112/15 dated 20/5/15 U/S 447,427,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Mamta Devi W/O Jaswant Singh VPO Bhargoan tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 20/5/15 her father-in-law Dhandev,  mother-in-law Maya Devi and his daughter-in-law Sheela Devi encroached in her land and abused her. HC Amrit Lal  I/O PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 116/15 dated 20/05/2015 U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered  by ASI Jagdish Chand I/O PS Balh stated that on 20/05/2015  at about 6:30 PM while he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bagla, and during the course of patrolling he recovered  05 liters illicit liquor  from the possession of Chet Ram S/O Sant Ram. ASI Jagidsh Chand is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No.117/15 dated 21/5/15 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Dina Nath R/O Village Syanh PO Lohara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 21/5/15 at  about 7:15AM when he was irrigating his fields at that time Sarwan Kumar obstruct  and  asbused him.Sarwan Kumar his son Prakash Chand and Parmar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Dharmender I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR no. 69/15 dated 21/5/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kali devi w/o Sh. Bhagmal r/o vill. Seri PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar distt Mandi HP stated that at 12:30AM when she,  her husband and  Beli ram  was coming to their village after attending a marriage at Ghatashani  in a car no. HP62A-0957  and at kalon, driver of  the car lost control  and   fell down the car. HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No 138/15 Dated 20/5/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered by SI Madan Lal  I/O PS SunderNagar stated that on dated 20/5/15 at 18:00, while he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Rakkar, and during the course of patrolling he recovered  05 Liters Illicit liquor from the possession of  Sunita Devi w/o Sh Rajender Kumar R/O Rakker P/O Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi. SI Madan Lal I/O PS SunderNagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 49/15 dated 21/5/15 U/S 341,323,447,506 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sumitra Devi w/o Late Sh. Daulat Ram r/o Lower  Behli PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi stated that today at about 9:00 AM,  Nikku Ram r/o Lower Behli   entered in her fields  and beat her up. He also threatened her. HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.

7.      130 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 20400/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
