CRIME REPORT 28 MAY

                                       

  CASE   OF   OFFENCE  AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

1.      Case FIR No. 122/15 dated 27/05/2015 U/S 353,332,186 IPC has been registered at PS Balh by ASI Chiranji Lal I/C PP Rewalsar that on 27/05/2015 at about 7:35 PM while he was on patrolling  with  other police officials  at Majhyali and during the  patrolling he tried to search the shop of Smt. Kanti Devi W/O Late Sh. Nand Lal R/O Manjhyali PO Riyur Tehsil Balh District Mandi for illicit liquor in the mean  time  Kanti Devi  obstructed the police party and assaulted him and inflicted injury. SI Vikas Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 124/15 dated 28/5/15 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Roop Singh R/O Kohla PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 27/5/15 at about 9:00 PM Chuni Lal entered in his house, abused and threatened   him and beat him  alongwith  his  mother. He sustained injuries. HC Naresh Kumar  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, AND HURT

3        Case FIR No. 123/15 dated 28/5/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sahil Rana S/O Khem Cand R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi stated that on  28/5/15 at about 8:30AM when he was outside his class room at Govt. Sr.Sec.School  Bhangrotu, Paras Guleria, Adarsh and Pushap Raj came there  and obstructed him and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4        Case FIR No. 121/15 dated 27/05/2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Balh by ASI Chiranji Lal I/C PP Rewalsar  that on 27/05/2015 at about 6:30 PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Majhyali, and on a reliable information he recovered 06 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Kanti Devi W/O Late Sh. Nand R/O Majhyali, PO Riyur, Tehsil Balh distt. Mandi. ASI Chiranji Lal I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACT  INTENDED TO INSULT THE  MODESTY

5        Case FIR No. 73/15 dated 27/5/15 U/S 509 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on  the complaint of Smt. Babita Devi W/O Sh. Hoshiar Singh Thakur  Vill. Bir road PO Ahju Tehsil jogindernagar Distt. Mandi   that an unknown person is calling her from mobile no.98578-89979 and 98576-86096 and talk her in bad manner and use unparliament language. ASI Tersem singh I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6        Case FIR No. 145/15 dated 27/5/15 U/S 39 of HP EX. Act Act has been registered by ASI Balak R am I/O PS Sundernagar stated that on 27/05/15  at 06:30PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jugahan and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  5 Liters illicit liquor  from the possession of  Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Paras Ram VPO Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi. ASI Balak ram I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

7        Case FIR No. 146/15 dated 28/05/15 U/S 279,336 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharm Singh S/O Punu ram R/O buraeli PO Dhasera tTehsil and PS Balh Distt Mandi  stated that on dated 28/05/2015 at about 8:45AM when he parked his Jeep No HP65-4278 at near Chai ka Dohra  at that time a Truck No HP 11-2757 came from Bilaspur side and hit his Jeep, and the  Jeep fell down near about 400 miters. HC Leela Dhar No. I/O PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISCHIEF

8        Case FIR No. 119/15 Dated 27/05/15 U/S 435 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Raj Chand R/O Village Dharwahan PO Pairi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 27/05/15 at about 8:00PM he parked his M/Cycle No. HP33A-7510 at near Pairi. And  at about 8:50PM his friend informed him that his Bike burnt totally. He registered FIR against unknown culprits. SI Vinod Thakur I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

9        176 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 27900/- was recovered and 18 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800 was recovered during last 24 hours.
