Today Mandi Police observed World No Tobacco Day and organized an awareness rally on this occasion at Mandi town areas in which about 400 students of various schools participated.

2       Case  FIR  No.123/15 dated 30/05/15 U/S 39 of  HP  Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 30/05/15   he was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Pairi and during the course of patrolling he recovered . 3750 ML  Country  Liquor from the possession  of  Smt.  Kamlesh W/O Sh. Lalit Kumar  R/O Behal PO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF   RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

3        Case FIR No.151/15 dated 31/05/15  U/S 336, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Dass Bhatia S/O Sh. Padu Ram R/O Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 30/05/15   Rakesh pelted  the stone     his home  and   also abused him  and threatened with dire consequences. HC  Baldev Chand   No.  896 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the  case.

 4       Case FIR No. 75/15 dated 31/05/15 U/S 341, 323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint  of Sh. Kinora Ram S/O Sh. Paras Ram  R/O  Tobri  PO  Dohag Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  today  Guddu, Ganga Ram, Prem Chand and  Madan  all the resident of  same locality  obstructed   his way    and beat him up.   HC   Sanjeev Kumar No. 58  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5        Case FIR No.55/15 dated 31/05/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered  in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Sonam S/O Sh. Angrup R/O  Sunag PO  Bahang Distt. Kullu (HP)  that  he  is   driver of  Taxi no. (HP01K-4212).Today  he  was  going to Manali  alongwith his    Taxi and when he reached near  Aut  Tunnel  then he found that  a person  namely  Ramesh  Kumar S/O Sh,. Lal Chand R/O  Kotmorash lying on the   road and  Motor cycle rider  alongwith  Motor Cycle (HP33C-2398) was  also  present there   This incident occurred due to rash and negligent   riding of  rider of   Motor Cycle  namely Tikesh KumarS/O Goving R/O Chandera  PO Kot Morash  PS Sader Mandi HP  .  ASI  Mohar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case.

6        Case FIR No. 76/15  dated 31/05/15  U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC  has been   registered in  P.S. Karsog  on the   complaint of   Sh. Chaman   Lal  S/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O  Ludhwin PO  Mahog Tehsil  Karsog   Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Het Ram resident  of the  same locality   obstructed his way and  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog   is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7        Case FIR No.126/15 dated 30/05/15  U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kapil Dev S/O Sh. Devinder Singh  R/O  Manda Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/05/15  Hosiyar Singh  &  Ishan Sharma entered in   the courtyard of his cowshed  and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Vijay Kumar No. 405  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating   the case.

8        341 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. 1. Case FIR No. 147/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 341,277 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Mumtaj W/O Sh. Najeer Husain R/O Dinak PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Najeer Husain obstructed their road by putting stones and also fouled the drinking  water of their well. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 148/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 353,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Hrji Ram XEN HPPWD Sundernagr that repair work of Kaayan road was going on, in the mean time Babu Ram and his wife Savitri Devi obstructed them from discharging their lawful duty. Inspr. 4. Case FIR No. 120/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. JagiR Singh S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Vill. Boot PO Subhanpur Tehsil & Distt. Kapurthala (Punjab) that on 29/05/2015 he along with his friends are going to Manikaran by M/Cycle and when they reached near Kawari, in the mean time a bus (DL1PC-2869) came very rashly and negligently from Kullu side and hit his M/Cycle due to which Ram Singh died on the spot and Durga Singh sustained injuries. 5. Case FIR No. 121/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan Lal S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O VPO Surari Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going by truck (HP33B-8344) to Baroti to unload said truck and when said truck reached near Lagdhar, a scooty came from Baroti side and struck with their truck due which both occupants of said scooty sustained injuries. Kotli that on 29/05/2015 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at bus stand Kotli, in the mean time he recovered 1875 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Jai Singh S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O VPO Kotli Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge P.P, Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. A Case FIR NO 54/2015 Dated 30-5-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV.ACt has been  registered Against Devander Kumar  Driver Car No DL-8CX-8768  on the Statement of  Sh. Tek Singh S/O Sh. Govind Ram Caste Rajput Village Mashgran PO Bajaura  Tehsil Bhunter  Distt Kullu Age 48 years he stated that he is  working at largi project since 1995 as a Mechanic on dated 29-5-2015 when he was going back to  sub division Thalot   after taking tea at Pawan Dhawa at about 4.10 P.M. Then a white colour  Car  No DL 8 CX -8768  came from Mandi very rashly and hit him by left side and his left  arm  get injured due to this accident . Case is being investigate by ASI Hari Singh  I/O P.S. Aut .

8. Case FIR No. 55/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S> BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 29/05/2015 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Khatarwari, during the course of patrolling he recovered 700 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Lachhman S/O Sh. Ledh Ram R/O Vill. Khatarwari PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9. Case FIR No. 125/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 324,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Hima Devi W/O Sh. Muni Lal R/O Vill. Dalot PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/05/2015 Bimla Devi, Suresh Kumar,  Jai and Govind Ram beat her up and her husband and they both sustained injuries.

2        Case FIR No.74.15 dated 28/05/15  U/S 341, 323,  504, 427  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Vivek S/O Sh. Bishan Dass R/O Ward No. 3 near Nagar Panchyat Jogindernagar  that on 28/05/15  Anand Thapa S/O Sh. Bhupender Thapa R/O Ner-Gharwasda PO  Majharnoo Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt.  CASE   OF  DANGER OR OBSTRUCTION IN  PUBLIC WAY

3        Case FIR  No. 74/15 dated 28/05/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  HC Tej Singh  No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog   that on 28/05/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Mumail   and during the  course of patrolling he  found that  a heap of sand  laid on the  road  by  Mohan Sharma S/O Sh. Chandermani PO Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic .  HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating   the case

 CASE   OF  ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO  NEGLIGENT ACT.

4        Case FIR No. 75/15 dated 28/05/15  U/S 279, 337 , 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  SI  Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog that on  a telephonic  information he  went on  the spot at  Kotlu and  found that a Vehicle (HP01K-5100 )  was met with an accident  due to rash  driving by  driver  of  said  vehicle  and  6  occupants  who were boarded on  said  vehicle   died on the spot and  3  got injuries.  SI Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S.  Karsog  is investigating the case.

1.      Case FIR No. 122/15 dated 27/05/2015 U/S 353,332,186 IPC has been registered at PS Balh by ASI Chiranji Lal I/C PP Rewalsar that on 27/05/2015 at about 7:35 PM while he was on patrolling  with  other police officials  at Majhyali and during the  patrolling he tried to search the shop of Smt. Kanti Devi W/O Late Sh. Nand Lal R/O Manjhyali PO Riyur Tehsil Balh District Mandi for illicit liquor in the mean  time  Kanti Devi  obstructed the police party and assaulted him and inflicted injury. Mandi stated that on dated 27/5/15 at about 9:00 PM Chuni Lal entered in his house, abused and threatened   him and beat him  alongwith  his  mother. He sustained injuries. Mandi stated that on  28/5/15 at about 8:30AM when he was outside his class room at Govt. Nand R/O Majhyali, PO Riyur, Tehsil Balh distt. Mandi. ASI Chiranji Lal I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACT  INTENDED TO INSULT THE  MODESTY

5        Case FIR No. 73/15 dated 27/5/15 U/S 509 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on  the complaint of Smt. Babita Devi W/O Sh. Hoshiar Singh Thakur  Vill. Bir road PO Ahju Tehsil jogindernagar Distt. Mandi   that an unknown person is calling her from mobile no.98578-89979 and 98576-86096 and talk her in bad manner and use unparliament language. Act Act has been registered by ASI Balak R am I/O PS Sundernagar stated that on 27/05/15  at 06:30PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jugahan and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  5 Liters illicit liquor  from the possession of  Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Paras Ram VPO Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi. ASI Balak ram I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

7        Case FIR No. 146/15 dated 28/05/15 U/S 279,336 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharm Singh S/O Punu ram R/O buraeli PO Dhasera tTehsil and PS Balh Distt Mandi  stated that on dated 28/05/2015 at about 8:45AM when he parked his Jeep No HP65-4278 at near Chai ka Dohra  at that time a Truck No HP 11-2757 came from Bilaspur side and hit his Jeep, and the  Jeep fell down near about 400 miters. CASE OF MISCHIEF

8        Case FIR No. 119/15 Dated 27/05/15 U/S 435 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Raj Chand R/O Village Dharwahan PO Pairi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 27/05/15 at about 8:00PM he parked his M/Cycle No. HP33A-7510 at near Pairi. And  at about 8:50PM his friend informed him that his Bike burnt totally. He registered FIR against unknown culprits. SI Vinod Thakur I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

1.      Case FIR No. 53/15 dated 27/05/2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS BSL Colony by SI/SHO Manmohan Singh PS BSL Colony Sundernagar stated that on dated 27/05/2015 at about 08:00 AM he was on patrolling along with other  police officials at near Gurudwara. During the course of patrolling he recovered 72 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Gauri Dutt R/O Village Gurudwara PO Sayanji Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi (HP). SI/SHO  Manmohan Singh  PS BSL Colony Sundernagar District Mandi is investigating the case.   

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 72/15 dated 26/5/2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Joginder singh S/O  Sh. Chura Mani R/O VPO Harabag Tehsil and PS Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP stated that he is serving in Forest department as clerk. On 26/5/2015 at about 7:45 PM when  he was going to his home and reached at near Anjali sweets shop a motor cycle no. HP53C 0582 which was ridden by   Desh Raj S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Vill. Galu PO Boching Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi HP came from Mandi side very rashly, hit him and fell down on the road, both sustained injuries in this accident. ASI Sukesh kumar I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Stated that  Rameshwari Devi and her husband Shri Mahender Kumar  make forgery  certificate of Class 5^th in favour of Rameshwari Devi, by that forgery certificate Rameshwari Devi appeared in the interview  of Aanganwari Helper and  got selected. 3.      Case FIR No. 134/15 dated 26/05/15 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Ambari Devi W/O Jai Singh VPO.Pounta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP stated that on dated 23/5/15 at about 6:30 PM Dr. Vipan Kumar Operate  Jai Singh and due to operation he suffered with heavy pain and he had to  brought  IGMC Shimla due to negligence of Private Dr. Vipan Kumar . I/C PP. Hatli  is investigating the case.

4.      146 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21100/- was recovered and 05 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
