1 Case FIR No. 125/14 dated 30/04/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Basant Singh S/O Sh. Roop Singh R/O Pihar P.O. Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/04/14 at about 7:15 AM Badri Dass S/O Sh. Ram Singh obstructed his way and beat him up . SI Madan Lal I/C of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 108/14 dated 29/04/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal Sharma R/O Wikkru P.O. Sangol Tehsil Jaisinghpur Distt. Kangra at present Doctor Zonal Hospital Mandi that on 29/04/14 at about 6:35PM he along with his wife were going toTalyahar by his Scooter(HP33C-6372) and when they reached near Do-Amb, in the mean time Vehcile(HP14A-0775) came rashly from behind and hit his Scooter and his wife sustained injuries. HC Rajmal No. 865 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 43/14 dated 30/04/14 U/S 279, 337 , 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Mohar Singh that on a telephonic information he went on spot and found that one Moter Cycle (HP06-A-1734) met with an accident in the tunnel on NH-21 near the Aut and Varajan S/O Sh. Iswar Thakur R/O Shill Tehsil Banjar , Kamal Kishor S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Shilh Tehsil Banjar fell down on the road and one person Chander Parkash S/O Sh. Teak Chand R/O Pekhari P.O. Ghushani Distt. Kullu died on the spot ASI Mohar Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
4 39 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours
