1 Case FIR No. 95/14 dated 17/04/14 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Amardeep Singh S/O Sh. Harjinder Singh R/O HouseNo. 83 Bhiuli at present shopkeeper shop No.111 Indira Market Mandi (H.P.) that during the intervening night of 16-17/04/14 some unknown culprits stole away 30 No. mobile phone by breaking the wall of his shop. HC Bhup Singh I/O of P.P. City is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 96/14 dated 17/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Dev Singh R/O Gujr Gahara P.O. Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he was coming by his Car( HR03P-0337) along with his driver and when reached near Nodi in the mean time Hosiyar Singh, Bhindru and Bablu obstructed his way and beat him up . HC Kamal Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 98/14 dated 17/04/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Vinod Thakur I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi (H.P.) that on 17/04/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Bindrabani and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 500 Gms. Charas(Channabis) from the possession of Kamlesh S/O Sh. Parmanand R/O Purani Mandi (H.P.) Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI Vinod Kumar I/O of P.S. Sadar .
4 Case FIR No. 97/14 dated 17/04/14 U/S 279,337IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hosiyar Singh S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Lohard P.O. Bhargawn Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 17/04/14 at about 5:30 PM when he was present at Kotli alongwith his friend, in the mean time Car ( HR03P-0337) came rashly and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Mal I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 54/14 dated17/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI (Prob) Rajesh Kumar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 bottle of Country Liquor from the possession of Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Mukhmal R/O Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) SI (Prob). Rajesh Kumari I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 104/14 dated 18/04/14 U/S 452, 323,504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kala Devi W/O Sh. Dass Ram R/O Chanohali P.O. Khahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he was present in his house , in the mean time Narayan Dass resident of same locality entered in his house and beat him up. ASI Rakesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
7 67challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours
