POLICE DEPARTMENT MANDI, DISTT.MANDI(H.P.)
1 Case FIR No. 107/14 dated 28/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by Insp. Prakash Chand I/C of SIU that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Manyana and during the course of patrolling he recovered 07 Bottle of Country Liquor from the possession of Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Surender Singh R/O Tilly Distt. Mandi (H.P.) at present shopkeeper at Chhanwary. Insp. Prakash Chand I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 42/14 dated 28/04/14 U/S 324, 506, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Kumar S/O Sh. Naro Ram R/O Nalog P.O Balichowki Distt . Mandi (H.P) that on 28/04/14 at about 9 PM Khem Raj S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Faghwah Bhali & Lali S/O Sh. Sh. Mohar Singh R/O Shayuri beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Chand I/C of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 134/14 dated 29/04/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Naveen Gupta S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/04/14 he was on the morning walk at Chahari, in mean time a Tipper(HP28-6431) came rashly from Rewalsar side and hit the Moter Cycle ( HP 33B-5204) and in this accident the Moter Cycle rider sustained injuries. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 97/14 dated 28/04/14 U/S 279, 337 & 177 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Dharamu Ram R/O Dhanotu P.O. Menhaden Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 28/04/14 he was going to school along with his friends by Taxi( HP02M-0277) and when they reached at Dadyal , in the mean time a Moter Cycle (HP02M-0277) which was ridden by Hans Raj S/O Suresh Kumar R/O Lunapani, hit the above Taxi and all the three boys sustained injuries . HC Khem Chand No. 47 I/O of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 98/14 dated 29/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Parad Ram S/O Late Sh. Jiyunu Ram R/O Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/04/14 at about 11 AM Roop Lal S/O Sh. Giriditu R/O khanyod obstructed his way and beat him up . ASI Brij Lal I/C of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
6 73 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours
