POLICE DEPARTMENT MANDI,DISTT.MANDI(H.P.)
1 Case FIR No. 37/14 dated 12/04/14 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S.Aut on the complaint of Smt. Naina Devi W/O Sh. Uttam Ram R/O Teel P.O. Balichowki Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 11/04/14 her son Khem Raj has bitten by the dog of Dhunni Devi resident of same locality. HC Santosh Kumar No. 70 I/O of PP Balichowki is investigating the case .
2 Case FIR No. 38/14 dated 12/04/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Hira Singh S/O Late.Sh. Santokh Singh R/O Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 12/04/14 he was coming to Mandi by Car(HP33C-0348) and when reached near Hanogi in the mean time one Car (DL1ZZ-1256) which was driven by Ashok Kumar R/O House No. 65 Shikat Block Mandavali (Delhi) , came very rashly from Mandi side and hit the above said car . HC Parakram Singh No. 904 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 96/14 dated 12/04/1 4 U/S 342, 323, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Gain Chand S/O Late Sh. Man Singh R/O Laka Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) presently working as Forest Guard Dhalwan that his Son, Shakti Chand was going to Sarkaghat and when reached the Sarkaghat in the mean time Vicky came there and obstructed his way and beat him up and also threaten with dire consequence . HC Choudhary Ram No. 46 I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case
4 Case FIR No. 87/14 dated 12/04/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand that on 12/04/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 33 Gms. Charas(Cannabis) from the possession of Chunni Lal S/O Sh. Hari Dutt R/O Dughla P.O. Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) Accussed has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Tek Chand No. 902 I/O of P.P. Slapper.
5 90challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours
