PRESS NOTE ON 27 APRIL

           POLICE DEPARTMENT                    MANDI, DISTT MANDI (H.P.)

1        Case FIR No. 58/14 dated 26/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar by  ASI  Thakru Ram  that  he was on  patrolling along with other police officials and during  the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML  Country Liquor  from  the possession of  Suresh Kumar  S/O  Sh.  Diwan   Chand  R/O  Passal P.O.  Chauntra Tehsil  Jogindernagar  Distt Mandi  (H.P.)  ASI Thakru Ram  I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case. 

2        Case FIR No. 95/14 dated 27/04/14  U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  on the  complaint of    Smt. Mangla Devi  W/O Sh. Chamaru Ram   R/O  Tharu P.O. Jarol  Tehsil  Sundermagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  27/04/14  at about 6AM  Babu Ram  came along with  Sonu & Budhu Ram  and entered in the  courtyard of her house and  beat  her  along with her son .  HC Tek Chand  No. 902 I/O of  P.P. Slapper is investigating the case

 

3        Case FIR No. 96/14 dated 27/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registerd in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Babu Ram  S/O Sh.  Budhu  Ram  R/O  Tharu P.O. Jarol Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 27/04/14  at about 6 AM  Mangla Devi  came  along with  Paras Ram , Mast Ram   and  obstructed his way and beat him up and  also threatened with dire consequence.  HC Tek  Chand  No. 902 I/O of P.P.  Slapper is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No. 132/14 dated 27/04/14  U/S 341, 323,  504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh S/O  Late Sh.  Prithi Singh   R/O   Pali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 27/04/14 at about  12:30 PM  when he went  to  Bagla  for replace the defaulted  charger of   his phone , in  the mean time  the owner   of  the shop and his worker obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Kewal   Singh No. 20 I/O of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case  

5      56 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7300/- was recovered under M.V. Act    and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered   during last 24 hours
