POLICE DEPARTMENT MANDI, DISTT MANDI (H.P.)
1 Case FIR No.59/14 dated 28/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Arvind Thakur S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Vill. Jhalwan P.O. Jalpher Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 27/04/14 at about 9:30PM his friend was going to their home from Jim-Jima and when they reached near Garoru in the mean time Vikku Soni R/O Sheru came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Purshottam Dass I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 45/14 dated 27/04/14 U/S 18 of ND& PS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar that on 27/04/14 at about 11PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at village Tikkari and during the course of patrolling he found that 3079 Poppy Plants were cultivated illegally by the Jhabe Ram S/O Sh. Narpat Ram R./O Tikkari P.O. Bassi Tehsiil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (H.P.) SI Naveen Jhaltha SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigiatng the case.
3 Case FIR No. 38/14 dated 27/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Sunder Singh S/O Sh. Darmu R/O Mathaneual P.O. Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 27/04/14 at about 2:45 PM Hans Raj S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Mathanuel P.O. Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) came along with his wife and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Roop Lal No. 56 I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 106/14 dated 27/04/14 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Chatter Singh that on 27/04/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that 1138 Poppy Plants were cultivated by Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Banyat P.O. Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) ASI Chatter Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 133/14 dated 28/04/14 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O SH. Shankar Dass R/O Village Dadaur P.O. Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that during the intervening night of 27-28/04/14 some unknown culprits stole away 18 logs of Deodar( Devdar) by breaking the lock of door of his cowshed. ASI Shiv Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 122/14 dated 27/04/14 U/S 13 of Gambling Act has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat by SI Sunil Kumar that he was on patrolling along with the other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered Rs. 150/- along with playing cards from the possession of Desh Raj S/O Jeet Ram , Het Ram S/O Sh. Khansi Ram & Khem Chand S/O Sh. Lachhaman Ram all the resident of Khanout P.O.Barin Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) SI Sunil Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
7 Case FIR No. 123/14 dated 28/04/14 U/S 447, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Beshali W/O Sh. Susil Kumar Ward No-4 P.O. Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 28/04/14 at about 7AM Asha Devi & her Son , Pankaj entered in the her land and they cut the grass from her land .SI (Prob) Anil Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
8 57 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours
