1 General masses are requested that if foreigners are to be found staying unauthorized /illegally in their homesteads/local areas, please inform the local police immediately.
2 Case FIR No.130/14 dated 24/04/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand S/O Sh. Madho Ram R/O Gaur P.O. Riyur Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 24/04/14 at about 6PM he was coming out from the shop at Majhyali in the mean time Dharmender came along with Pushap Raj & Kishori Lal and obstructed his way and beat himup. HC Lal Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 44/14 dated 24/04/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by Insp. Parkash Chand that on 24/04/14 he was on patrolling along with the other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8625 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Nike Ram S/O Sh. Dagu Ram R/O Ori Dhar P.O. Lamba Thach Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) Insp. Prakash Chand I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 28/14 dated 24/04/14 U/S 447, 427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Munish Chhugh S/O Sh. Vidya Parkash R/O Bhojpur Bazar Mandi (H.P.) that on 24/04/14 at about 4:30 PM Ram Singh came along with his wife Rukmani and entered in his land and also broke the newly constructed boundary wall . ASI Trilok Chand I/O of P.S. BSL Sundernagar is investigating the case.
5 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours
