1. Case FIR No. 31/14 dated 20/01/14 U/S 20,29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nagchalaa and during the course of nakka he recovered 101 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Vikash Thakur @ Vicky S/O Sh. Sikander Jeet Singh VPO Chalet Tehsil Amb Distt. Una (HP), Manmohan Singh S/O Sh. Gurdev Singh VPO Chalet Tehsil Amb Distt. Una (HP), Rajeev Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand VPO Chalet Tehsil Amb Distt. Una and Mahavir Singh S/O Sh. Dharuv Singh VPO Chalet Tehsil Amb Distt. Una (HP). HC Dharmender Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 20/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Ved Prakash R/O Vill. Chhattan Sari PO Raisan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 20/01/14 Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Jai Chand R/O Vill. Kharka PO Bhalayani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Kullu (HP) was on his way on foot from Jhari towards Bajura and when he reached near Patrol Pump, in the mean time an unknown Tata Sumo came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and hit to Sh. Sher Singh who fell down on N.H. 21 and sustained injuries. HC Harbans Singh No. 68 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 24/13 dated 20/01/14 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he arrested Sethi Lal S/O Sh. Jatt  Ram R/O Vill. Nagrawn R/O Rohal Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) who was wanted in  case FIR No. 205/11 dated 09/08/11 U/S 457,380 IPC of P.S. Sadar Mandi and declared proclaimed offender on 20/09/12 by the Ld. Court of JMIC Court No. 1 Mandi. ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 18/14 dated 21/01/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Tara Devi W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O VPO Kashmaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/01/14 Jaya W/O Sh. Satish Kumar R/O VPO Kasmaila obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.P.Hattli is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 19/14 dated 21/01/14 U/S 452,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Lata Devi W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Jablyana PO Nanauya Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 20/01/14 at about 11 PM she along with her family were in her room in Tiwari building at Chatrokhari near Tehsil office Sundernagar, in the mean time  an unknown person entered in her room and beat up her husband  Sh. Pawan Kumar and Sh. Prem with still rod and they both  sustained injuries. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6. 82 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  13,900/-    and 1 challan  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 100/- .

Jogindernagr that on 19/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials on NH 154 at Jogindernagar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 20 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Hari Singh S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Vill. Galu PO Barot Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Vishal Rathor I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 22/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  Mandi by SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 19/01/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials on N.H. 21 at Sukki bain and during the course of nakka he recovered 503 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession Sandeep S/O Sh. Suraj Bhan R/O VPO Sera Tehsil and Distt. Panipat Haryana. SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 21/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 19/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Labh Singh S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Jolla PO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP). ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 20/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Prakam Singh No. 904 I.O. of P.S. Aut that a HRTC bus (HP42B-7504) which was driven by driver Devinder Singh S/O Sh. Nardev R/O Vill. Klari PO Naswal Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) fell down in a nullah by rash and negligent driving by said driver.  HC Parakam Singh No. 904 I.O. of P.S. AUt is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 18/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has beenregistered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 19/01/14 he was on patrolling and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of a person. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 29/13 dated 19/01/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Hiru Ram R/O Vill. Chhatru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/14 DharamChand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ram Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 30/13 dated 19/01/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Chhatru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/14 Sohan Lal and his wife Kanta Devi obstructing his way and beat him up. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 16/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 341,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Megh Singh R/O Vill. Nain PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/14 Satpal, Sansar Chand, Rakesh Kumar and Rajesh Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Desh Raj I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 17/14 dated 20/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Vill. Bheri PO Sajaopipalu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a car (A/F)  came from Darwar side hit his M/Cycle and pillion rider Sh. Beli Ram sustained injuries. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 15/14 dated 18/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Dumanu Ram R/O Vill. Bardana PO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/01/14 at about 70.30 PM a car (HP33C-0528) driven by driver Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Sawaru Ram fell down about 200 mtrs downwards due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said car. ASH Nasib Singh Incharge P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HSUBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, INTIMIDATION AND MARRYING AGAIN DURING LIFE TIME OF HUSBAND OR WIFE

2. Case FIR No. 28/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 498A,504,494 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Pushpa Devi W/O Sh. Kamaljeet Singh R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she is being maltreated by her in-laws and husband. Her husband had also left out the home about 20-25 days ago and now she came to know that her in-laws had solemnized second marriage of her husband. ASI Sahib Singh I.O. of P.S. CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 17/01/14 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar that on 17/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 27 bottles of country liquor  & 4 bottles of English wine from the possession of Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Mast Ram VPO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 17/01/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sabnam W/O Sh. Surender Singh R/O Vill. Dhalara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/14 Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Suresh Kumar and her mother-in-law Rudra Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Amrit Lal I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

Balh that on 16/01/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nagchalla and during the course of nakka he recovered 104 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Parmeet Singh S/O Sh. Inder Pal R/O Chandigarh, Batan Bansal S/O Sh. Bhim Sen Bansal R/O Mohali (PB) and Ramandeep Singh S/O Sgh. Iqbal Singh R/O Chandigarh. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF OBSTRUCTION BY A PERSON TO HIS LAWFUL APPREHENSION

1. Case FIR No. 20/14 dated 16/01/14 U/S 224 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HHC Nand Lal No. 482 Police Lines Mandi that on 16/01/14 he was on prisoner escort duty along with HHG Rakesh Kumar  and they  produced accused Sanjay Kumar before the Ld Court of Addl. Session Judge Mandi. After hearing of the case they were going along with accused Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Nand chaudhary VPO Thumpa PS Pipra Buhar to deposit him in Sub Jail Mandi and when they reached near Banga Hospital Mandi, accused Sanjay Kumar pushed back both of them and jumped in front of a bus (HP66-0325) and he crushed with said bus and died on the spot. Dinak PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/01/14 he was going to his home by his sacooty (HP31-8939) and when he reached near Dhanotu, in the mean time a jeep hit his scooty from back side and sped away from the spot. Mandi (HP) that a JCB operator came from Sundernagar side very rashly and negligently and fell down in a khud about 130 mtrs downwards. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Karsog by ASI Shanti Swaroop Incharge Police Post Pangna that today an unknown vehicle crushed a person at Nagrawan who died on the spot and said vehicle sped away from the spot. 1. Case FIR No. 13/14 dated 15/01/14 U/S 283 has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HHC Ranjeet Singh No. 737 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 15/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tung Bataladi (Baldwara) and during the course of patrolling he found that Basant Singh S/O Sh. CASE OF WRONGFUL RESTRAINT AND MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S 341,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Naginder Kumar S/O Sh. Kundan Lal R/O Vill. Sumkhetre PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. 1. Case FIR No. 12/14 dated 15/01/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Amrit Kumar S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O VPO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/01/14 Rishu S/O Sh. Satish Kumar obstructed his way and he along with other four persons obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S.
