                                                            PRESS NOTE

  1. Case FIR No. 137/14 dated 03/05/2014 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Revatri Devi W/O Sh. Khub Ram R/O Village Lehara PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 03/05/14 Dhani Ram obstructed her wau and beat her up. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

  2. Case FIR No 108/14 dated 03/05/14 U/S  279,337 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gurmal Singh S/O Sh Telu Ram R/O Vill. Mirpur P.O Badwa Tehsil Anandpur Sahib Distt Ropar (PB)  that on 03/05/14 he was going along with his truck (HP24-4639) Barmana and when said truck reached at Trot, a M/Cycle (HP31A-2941) came from Sundernagar side and struck with his truck  and Sunny S/O Sh. Ganga Ram sustained injuries.   HC Vinod Kumar No 18 I/O Highway Patrol is investigating the case. 

  3. Case FIR No. 40/14 dated 03/05/14  U/S 341, 323, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Phuli Ram S/O Sh. Laharu Ram R/O Vill. Chamah PO Padhar Tehsil   Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/05/14  his way and beat him up.   HC Roop Lal No 56 I.O. P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

  4. Case FIR No. 41/14 dated 03/05/14  U/S 509, 507, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhr on the complaint of Smt. Damodari Devi   W/o Sh. Sevak Ram R/O VPO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 30/04/14 an unknown person called on her  phone and threatened to her and thereafter he again repeated the same on 01/05/14  ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

  5. Case FIR No. 130/14 dated 04/05/14 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Pini Devi W/O SH. Rintu Ram R/O Vill. Taryambla PO Laungani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was got married with Rintu Ram during the year 2011 and after her marriage her husband Rintu Ram, her brother-in-law Ranjeet Singh, father-in-law Tulsi Ram, mother-in-law Roshani Dev started to harass her for dowry. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

  6. 17 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 2100/-
