1        Case FIR No. 62/14 dated 02/05/14 U/S 353, 356, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Maya Ram S/O Sh.  Punia Ram R/O  Sherli  Manpur   Tehsil  Ponta Distt.  Sirmour   at  present  Tehsildar Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 02/05/14  at about  2:30 PM   he was present in his office ,  in the mean  time   Sanjeev Kumar   Chouhan  S/O  Sh.  Purvi Ram  R/O  Syun  P.O.  Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi  (H.P)    came into the office and  gave the hard slap on the table   and tore  the RTI  Challan  Form and also  snatched  away the postal  order no.(39H215705)    forcibly from him  and threatened with dire consequence .  HC Magat Ram   No. 898 I/O of  PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.  

2        Case FIR No. 29/14  dated 2/05/14  U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC   has been registered  in P.S.  BSL Colony  on the complaint of  Sh.  Essak  Ali  S/O Sh.  Yusuf  R/O  Dugrain P.O.  Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 02/05/14  at about  5:30 PM   he was going to   his shop at  Naulakha , in the mean time  Amzad  Ali  &  Zahid Mohd.   Both of the residence of  R/O  Dugrain   came there and obstructed hisway and beat him  up. HC  Ravinder Singh  No. 863 I/O of  P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case .   

3        Case FIR No. 136/14 dated 02/05/14  U/S  21  of ND&PS  Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by   SI  Sandeep   Sharma  I/O of  P.S. Balh  that  he was on patrolling along with other police  officials  at  Nerchowk    and during the course of patrolling he recovered  142 Capsules of  Spasmo Proxiyvom and  45  Tablets of  Nitrazepam  from the possession of    Palender S/O  Sh.  Surajan  Singh  R/O  Tawan  P.O.  Dhawan  Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  SI Sandeep I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No. 40/14 dated 03/05/14  U/S  341, 323, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Phuli Ram S/O Sh.  Laharu  Ram  R/O  Chamah P.O. Padhar  Tehsil  Padhar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on  03/05/14 at about  8PM  Shonu Ram  obstructed his way and  beat him up .  HC Roop  Lal  No. 56  I/O of  P.S.  Padhar is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No. 106/14 dated 02/05/14 U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI  Ram  Lal  I/O of  P.S. Sundernagar   that he laid a nakka along with other police officicals  and during the course of   checking of Vehicle (HP 31-1758)   he recovered   23 Bottle of  Country Liquor  and 5 Bottle of  English Wine  from the possession of  Summan Singh  S/O  Suraj  Singh  R/O  Kalauhad  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  ASI  Ram Lal  I/O of  P.S Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6        Case FIR No. 107/14 dated 03/05/14  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Brij  Lal  S/O Sh.  Madan Lal  R/O  Khanokhar P.O.  Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 03/05/14  at about  8:30 AM  Champa Devi W/O Sh.  Nek Ram  obstructed his way and  beat him up .  HC Hem Singh  No. 19  I/O of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

7        Case FIR No. 110/14 dated 02/05/14  U/S 289  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar   on the complaint of  Sh. Kishore  Kumar  Sharma S/O Sh.  Nand Lal  R/O  House No.  245/2  Purani  Mandi   Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 28/04/14    he has bit  by the pet  dog of Smt.  Sakuntla  Devi .  HC Bhup Singh  No. 870 I/O  of P.P.  City is investigating the case.

8        Case FIR No. 111/14 dated 02/05/14  U/S 406, 420, 120(B)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh. Manoj  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Prakash  Chand   R/O House No.  277/6  Samkhetar Mohalla  Mandi  that  he  is the owner of Vehicle (DL9CU-0014)  and also made  a the agreement  with  the Pradeep Kumar  Keshav to pay his  vehicle  for  one  month  on rent .  But   above  Pradeep Kumar ,  Rup Singh  and Dinesh  Kumar  did not hand over the vehicle to him  . SI  Chet  Singh  I/C of  PP City is investigating the case.

9        Case FIR No. 112/14 dated 02/05/14  U/S 447, 379. 504, 506 , 511 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar   on the complaint of  Smt.  Chinta  Devi  W/O  Late Sh.  Tek Chand  R/O  Kathawadi  P.O. Bir  Tehsil  Sadar  Distt. Mandi (H.P)  that  Bhag Chand  S/O  Sh. Sewak  Ram  R/O  Ropda P.O. Bir  Tehsil  Sadar  Distt.  Mandi (H.P.)  entered in   her  Land (Khasra No.708) in Mohal Kathwadi  and cut down the  30/35 trees and stole away and threatened with dire consequence.   ASI  Karan Singh  I/O of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.  

9        60challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered  and 2 challans  were  issued  under Mining  Act during last 24 hours
