                                                PRESS NOTE

 

1. Case FIR No. 149/14 dated 16/05/14 U/S  279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Hans Raj S/O Sh. Nikka Ram R/O Village Lower Bagla PO Nagchalla Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 16/05/14 he was crossing the road, in the mean time a bus  ( HP 65-2650)  came from Mandi Side very rashly and hit him.   HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. Bal is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 150/14 dated 17/05/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Niri Singh R/O VPO Serla Khabu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that today   Shakuntla Devi, Lata Devi and Jalpa Devi   resident of Serlakhabu obstructed the way of    his wife Maya Devi and beat her up.  HC  Malkiyat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.   

3. Case FIR No. 151/14 dated 17/05/14 U/S 341,323,504,355,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt.  Shakuntla Devi W/O Late Sh. Puran Chand   R/O Village Serlakahbu PO Thinagalu Tehsil Sadar District Mandi HP that today Puran Chand and his wife obstructed her way and beat her up along with her daughter-in-law. ASI Chiranji Lal Incharge P.P. Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 32/14 dated 16/05/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Kahan Singh S/O Sh.  Hari Singh R/O  VPO Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt Mandi (HP) that on  16/05/14    Prem Lal and Nikku Ram resident of  Upper Behli obstructed his way and beat  him up.   ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sunderngar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No 146/14 dated 17/05/14 U/S  498A,323 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Sanjeeta Kumari W/O Shiv Ram R/O Vill.  Kalas PO Thouna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that that she was married with Shiv Ram during the  2004 and after few days of her marriage her husband   Shiv Ram started to harass her.  ASI Desh Raj I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No 145/14 Dt. 17-5-14 U/S 435,511,506,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh Shunka Ram R/O Village Bahi PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP)  that on 16/05/14   Vishal Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Bahi tried to put his grass on fire. HC Baldev Chand I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

7. 43 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 4000/-
