                                                PRESS NOTE

1. Case FIR No. 141/14 dated 08/05/14 U/S 341,323,147,149,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O VPO Leda Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 06/05/14  while she was going to Panchayat Bhawan for taking payment of MANREGA, Gopin Chand S/O Jhakhu Ram, Dharmi Devi W/O Gopi Chand, Bhagat Ram S/O Jhakhu Ram, Khimmi Devi W/O Bhagat Ram and Meena Devi all resident of VPO Leda Tehsil Sadar Mandi beat her up along with her husband.  ASI Chiranji Lal Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.  

2. Case FIR No 110/14 dated 08/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Smt. Shila Devi W/O Dumnu Ram R/O Chandersai P.O Beena Tehsil Sundernnagar District Mandi (HP) that on 08/05/14 she was travelling by a HRTC Bus (HP65-7522) and when said bus reached at New Bus Stand driver of the bus stop the bus and passenger were coming out from said bus in the mean time diver  Chet Ram start the bus at once and a passenger namely Smt. Shavitri Devi fell down from the bus and she sustained injuries.  ASI Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
