   P.S. Sadar by SI Rattan Chand I/C PP Pandoh that on  31/05/14 a   Truck fell down in Pandoh Dam and when he reached on the spot he came to know  that Surender Kumar S/O  Sh. Babu Ram R/O  Balah PO Kotla Distt. Kangra was driving said Truck. SI Rattan Chand is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 78/14 dated 31/05/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Amar Singh S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O  Vill. Johd  PO Sidpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/05/14 Rakesh Kumar & Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Tatoli,  Ramesh,  Anil S/O Vikrant obstructed his way and beat him up.   HC Chaman Lal No 38 I/O of  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No 79/14 dated 31/05/14 U/S 323,147,148,149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Tatohli P.O. Dispur Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt-Mandi (HP) that on 29/05/14 he along with his friends were attending the marriage of Manoj Kumar at Jogindernagar and during the intervening  night of 30-31/05/14  Manish,  Budhi Singh,  Amar Singh, Sonu, Baldev, Parasram, Dagu Ram, and Aju beat him up.   HC Rajmal No 875 I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 58/14 dated 30/05/14 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Gagan Kumar S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Pathan PO Kot Tehsil  Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/05/14 Diwan Chand entered in his fields and beat up his mother and wife and Jiten Kumar beat him up and they sustained injuries.

5. Case FIR No 169/14 dated 31/05/14  U/S 452,323,34 IPC  has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the Complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Late Sh. Mast Ram R/O Village Doh PO. Chowk Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on  30/05/14   his elder son Jeet Ram and  his wife Sunita Devi came there and they both beat him up along with his wife.  HC Baldev Singh No. 896 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.  

6. Case FIR No. 168/14 dated 30/05/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by  SI Sunil Kumar incharge P.P. Hattli  that he was on paroling along with other police officials at Hattli and during th course of patrolling he recovered   2400 ML country liquor from the possession of   Pawan Kumar S/O Sohan Lal Gupta Village Nagrota PO. Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) SI Sunil Kumar incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.      

 

7.       16 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  8700/-    and 4 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 200/-.

Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 26/05/14  at about  8:30 PM  he  along with  Sonu were going to  Khadar Bazar,   in the  mean time  Dan Singh , Nikku Ram and  Vijay  Kumar  obstructed  their way and beat  both of them .  ASI  Vinod Kumar  I/C of  PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

2        Case FIR No.  77/14 dated 29/05/14  U/S  279, 337  IPC  &  187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Biri Singh  S/O Sh.  Bhaju Ram R/O  Kohra P.O. Sainthal  Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 29/05/14  at  about  1:30 PM  he was present at Chountra Bazzar, in the mean time  a Scooter rider came rashly from  Jogindernagar side and hit him  and he sustained injuries.  ASI Thakru Ram I/C of PP  Ghatta is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No.  165/14 dated 29/05/14  U/S  341, 323, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Dagu Ram    S/O Sh. Prem Singh  R/O  Tatohali   P.O. Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 29/05/14  he was going  by his  car along with his mother and brother  and when reached near  Tatholi  in the mean time Amar Singh  R/O  Tatohali  obstructed   them by throwing the stone  upon  the car and his mother sustained injuries .  HC Prem Singh No. 75 I/O of PP Dharampur is investigating  the case  

4        Case FIR No. 166/14  dated 29/05/14  U/S 498(A) , 323, 309 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt.  Bandna Devi W/O Sh.  Rajender  Thakur  P.O. Kot  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that she was married  with  Rajender  Thakur    12/13 years ago .  But after the some time of her marriage her husband, Father-in-law, Mother-in-law  started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding the dowry . On  28/05/14  and  29/05/14  her husband beat her up and  she tried to commit  the  suicide . SI  Madan Lal I/C of  PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No. 124/ 14 dated 29/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Devi  Singh  R/O  Chhipnu  P.O. Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he is  driver of Municipal  Council  Tempo(HP65-3405)  . On 29/05/14  at about  5:30  PM he was going  to  throw  rough  Material  to dumping  site  and when reached    near patrol Pump Souli Khad , in the mean time   Maruti van (HP33T-9448) came rashly and hit above Tempo .  HC Hem Chand  No. 883 I/O of Hogh Way Patroll is investigating the case.

6        Case FIR No. 165/14  dated 29/05/14  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand  S/O Sh. Rattan Chand  R/O Nerchowk Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that  on 29/05/14  at about 6:30PM  his father and mother were cutting the grass in their agricultural  field , in the mean time  Shakti Chand   resident of same locality came there and  obstructed them  and  beat  them .   HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case   

 

7        Case FIR No. 166/14 dated 29/05/14  U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the  complaint of Smt. Neelam Kumar  W/O Sh.  Amar  Singh  R/O  Rao P.O. Diyagri Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 29/05/14  at about 5:45 PM  she was  present in her home, in the  mean time  Pushap Raj came along with Kala Devi and entered in her home  and beat her up .  HC  Rajesh Kumar  No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2        Case   FIR No.  37/14 dated 28/05/14  U/S  279 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on   by  ASI  Trilok Chand   that on  28/05/14  that on  28/05/14   one Three wheeler(HP31B-0691)  met  with  an accident  near   Lower  Behli and  fell  down into the canal  along with the  driver. 3       Case FIR  No. 38/14 dated 29/05/14  U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony  on the complaint of  Smt. Kala Devi  W/O Sh.  Chint  Ram  R/O  Palohta P.O. Upper Belhi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  29/05/14  at about  7AM Bhati Devi obstructed  her way and beat her up .  HC Ram Lal No. 543 I/O of P.S. 4        Case FIR No. 39/14  dated 29/05/14   U/S  7 of  POCSO Act  has been registered  in   P.S.  BSL Colony  on the   written complaint of   Chairman Child  Welfare Committee  Mandi  Distt. Mandi  (H.P.).  ASI  Trilok  Chand  I/O of  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

5       Case FIR No. 40/14  dated 29/05/14  U/S  451,323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Neter Singh S/O Sh.  Dila Ram R/O   Khaila Dhar P.O. Paura Kothi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that on  28/05/14  at about  08:30 PM  Rattan Lal ,  Hema Devi and  Deveinder Kumar  entered in the courtyard of his  house  and beat him  up.  HC Karam Singh No.  24 I/O of P.S. 6        Case FIR No. 125/14  dated 28/05/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been  registered in  P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Ajay Kumar  S/O Sh.  Brij Lal  R/O  House No. 244 Street No. 13  Khajuri Khas  Delhi  that  on 28/05/14  he was travelling  by the Bus(HP01-3571)   from  Manali to  Delhi  and  when  he reached near  Chamukha , in the mean time  Scooty (HP31A-8028) came very rashly and   hit the  above   bus  and   rider  of  scooty sustained injuries  .  ASI  Khalil Ahmad  I/C of High Way  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

7      Case FIR No. 55/14 dated 29/05/14  U/S  451, 427, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh.  Gopal  S/O Sh.  Anant Ram  R/O  Thalot Distt. Mandi (H.P)  that  28/05/14 at about  11:30 PM   he was present in house , in the mean  time Tek Chand  S/O  Bihari Lal  &  Yeshwant Singh S/O  Bihari Lal  both the resident of  Thalot  Distt. Mandi  entered in the courtyard of house and  broke the glass of  windows.  ASI  Chaman Lal I/O of P.S  Aut is investigating the case .

 

8      Case FIR No. 56/14 dated 29/05/14 U/S  318 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut  by  ASI Hari   Singh   that on 29/05/14     he was  on patrolling along with the other police officials  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered the dead body  of newly born   female  baby  in the  Largi   Dam.  ASI  Hari  Singh  I/O of P.S. Aut  is investigating the case.  

9      Case FIR No. 164/14 dated 28/05/14  U/S 364, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on  the  complaint of Sh.  Shayam Lal S/O Sh.  Parma   Ram  R/O  Reddar Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 26/03/14  his brother   Manoj Kumar went to Shimla  by his taxi (HP01M-0189)   to  drop a  passenger  but  he did  not  return back  so far. He suspects that some unknown person kidnapped his brother. Insp. Madan Dhiman SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

10   Case FIR NO 53/14 Dated 29/05/14 U/S  302, 120B IPC has been registered    in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh.  Mahender Singh S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Village Bag Shalana PO and Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/05/14  Prakesh Chand and Bhim Singh Nepali (Gorkhas) were carrying a large packets and they requested to him to carry it in his jeep towards Sanarli. On  suspicion he informed the police of P.S. Karsog and on the search by police of said packet dead body of  Narbada W/O above  Prakesh Chand was recovered by the police in his presence among others from said packet and both  the  accused have been arrested  and they  are being  produce   before  the Ld- Court.  SI Rajesh Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Bilaspur (H.P.) that   his daughter Nina Devi was married  with  Ashwani  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Ashok Kumar R/O  Maloti PO  Smaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  during the year 2003. But  after  some time of marriage her husband  and   mother-in-law started to harass her by demanding the dowry  and died at  PGI Chandigarh due to burning .He suspects that she committed the suicide  due to regular harassment  of her husband  and her mother-in-law   ASI  Thakur Dass I/O of PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

2        Case FIR No. 162/14  dated 27/05/14  U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  Insp.  Parkash Chand   SIU Mandi (H.P.) that on 27/05/14  he was on patrolling along with other police officials and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  36000 ML  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Dalip  Singh  S/O Sh. Nain Singh  R/O  Dhalwan  Tehsil Sarkagahat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  Insp. Parkash Chand  I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 163/14 dated 27/05/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mahesh Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O Siharl  P.O. Pounta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 27/05/14  at about 6PM  Ashish and Rohit  came along with his three friends and  obstructed his way and beat him up.  SI Purshottam Dhiman I/O of P.S. Ludhiana (PB) that on 27/05/14  at about  4PM he was coming to  Mandi   by his Car(PB11Y-8974) and when he reached  at Pandoh , in the mean time  one  Traveler(PB1A-2164) came  very  rashly from Mandi side and  hit his car. 5        Case FIR No. 47/14 dated 27/05/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Shesh Ram S/O Sh.  Nup Ram  R/O Tihari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Nohali Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  at present  residing at    House No. S-3/403 BBMB Colony  Sundernagar   Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 27/05/14  he   was  going  along with his friend by his Scooter((HP31-5680)   and  when reached near  Humsafar Hotel , in the mean  time  Car(HP31A-0767)  came rashly  and hit  his Scooter and both  of   them  sustained injuries .  HC   Ram Lal No. 543 I/O of P.S. 2        Case FIR No. 75/14 dated 27/05/14 U/S  366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Moti Ram  Thakur S/O Sh.  Het   Ram Thakur  R/O  Khadihar  Chhamb P.O. Thara Teshil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  20/05/14  at about  7:30 AM  his niece  went to Govt. Degree Collage  Jogindernagar  but did not return back  and he suspects that  Bhim Singh  S/O Sh.  Dalip  Singh R/O  Khaddar Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  kidnapped his  niece .  (Prob) SI Rajesh Kumar  I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

2        Case FIR No. 159/14  dated 25/05/14  U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Abhishek Patyal S/O Sh.  Rattan Singh  R/O  Paplog P.O. Sadhot Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 25/05/14   he was going  to his home  by his Motor Cycle and when reached near Paplog , in the mean time  Sanni came along with Deepak and obstructed his way and   beat him up   and  also snatched  away  his Motor cycle  along with key.  ASI  Desh Raj I/O of P.S. 3        Case FIR No. 160/14 dated 26/05/14  U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by Insp. Parkash  Chand  SIU Mandi  that  on  26/05/14  he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course  of patrolling he recovered  3700 ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Prem Sagar  R/O  Bid P.O.  Rakhota Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   Insp. Parkash Chand I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No. 74/14dated 26/05/14  U/S  279IPC  & 185 MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Abhsheik  Thakur  S/O Sh.  Sarvan Singh  R/O   House N o. P2-6 Jaral Colony  Pandoh  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 25/05/14   he was carrying  the vegetable by his Jeep(  HP66-0733) and when he  reached  near  Ladruhin in the mean time  a car ( HP58-4171) came   very rashly and  hit his Jeep .  HC   Rajmal   I/O of P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

5        Case           FIR No.  57/4  dated  25/05/14  U/S 420, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Jai Ram S/O Sh.  Devi  Ram  VPO  Bara  Tehsil  Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  during  the year Nov. 2013  one person came    to his shop  and purchased the  1kg  Ghee and gave him  one  Silver coin and  told him  that  he found the 12  Golden Chains  during the  working  of laborer at Jogindernagar . On this complainant   purchased the 12 chains   in Rs. 3 Lac.  from above  unknown person . But when   complainant  went to shop of  Goldsmith then he came to know  that  all   the chains were   made  up of  silver.  ASI Subhash Singh   I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigiatng the case.

Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Mahender Singh S/O Sh.  Nurba Ram R/O  Neri-Megal     Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 24/05/14  at about  10PM  he was coming back to his home from his brother's house  and  when he reached on the road , in the mean time  some unknown person   obstructed his way and beat him up.  SI Bhem Singh   SHO of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

7        Case FIR No. 46/14  dated 25/05/14  U/S  174(A)   IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by  HC Chander Shekhar  CID Unit  Mandi  that  Mukesh  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Durga Dass R/O  Raw P.O. Nasloh Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (H.P)  arrested by him  who was wanted in  Case FIR No.  40/12 dated 27/04/12 U/S  323,  325 IPC P.S. Padhar and  he was declared proclaimed offender  by the Ld JMIC- Jogindernagar on dated 26/06/13 .  HC Chaman Lal  No. 867 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case .

Mandi (H.P.)  that on 24/05/14  at about  7:30  PM  he was coming  to home  from his  agricultural  land , in the mean  time  Babu Ram,  Shiv  Lal , Prem Singh  and Devender Kumar  came there  and obstructed  his way and  beat him up. 2        Case FIR No.  161/14  dated 24/05/14  U/S  498 (A), 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Bandna Kumari  W/O Sh.  Praveen  Kumar  R/O  Lohardi P.O. Baggi Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that  she  was  married  with  Praveen Kumar  during the year  2008  and  but after  the some  time of her  marriage , her husband ,  mother-in-law  started to harass her  physically and  mentally and now she was  residing  at her maternal  house . On  24/05/14  when she went  to  home  to meet her son along with her mother , in the mean  time her mother-in-law,  Bimla  Devi    again beat her up. 3        Case FIR No. 162/14  dated 24/05/14  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Prem Singh S/O Sh.  Rabbal R/O  Manditanda Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P)  that on 24/05/14   Charanji Lal  obstructed his way and  beat him up .  HC  Ram Singh No. 66 I/O of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

4       Case FIR No. 34/14 dated 24/05/14  U/S  13  of Gambling  Act has been   registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar   by  SI Rattan that on  24/05/14  he was on  patrolling  along with other police officials at  Jawala road  and  during the course of patrolling   he recovered   seven hundred    rupees     along with playing card  from  the possession of   Khem  Raj,  Hem  Singh  , Vishav  Nath , Bhagat Singh , Harish Kumar , Hem Raj  , Chaman  Lal , Hem Ram. All the above  accused has been arrested and further  investigation is being carried out by   SI Rattan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.    

 

5       Case FIR No. 54/14  dated 24/05/14   U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh.  Chavindra Kumari   D/O Sh.  Jeet Ram  R/O  Guran P.O. Thachi   Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 24/05/14   at about  3:15 she was crossing the    road NH-21 along with  Dhanshawari Devi   at Thalout, in  the mean time  Scooty (HP34C-1704)  came    rashly from Aut  side,  which  was riding by  Ved Ram  S/O  Sh. Gian  Chand  R/O  Mashgawan  P.O. Bajoura  Distt.  Kullu and  hit  Dhanswari Devi.  HC  Harbans Singh  No. 68  I/O of P.S.  Aut is investigating the case.

6       Case FIR No. 157/14 dated 24/05/14  U/S  292 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Sh.  Hari Ram R/O Kot  Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 15/05/14 he  received  a letter  in which  obscene and corrupt  writing  was  written .   SI  Sunil  Kumar  I/C of PP  Hatli   is investigating the case.

7        62challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6400/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
