JCC MEETING FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 2014

1.  Today monthly Joint Consultancy-cum-crime meeting of District Police Mandi held today at P.L. Mandi under the chairmanship of Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Mandi (HP). All SOs and SHOs were requested to:-
   • Zero tolerance towards crime against women
   • NDPS cases to be dealt on priority basis. Initiative programs to help
   the new generation to come out these cycles.
   • All complaints should be dealt in professional manner & dispose off
   them immediately in large public interest.
   • All complainants to be handled politely.
   • Outlook scientific investigation.

STRESS MANAGEMENT" 

2.         Today we have started physical training for the police officials of this district to keep them physically fit as well as to make them capable to handle the day by day challenges. All Gazetted Officers and about 120 police officials who are posted at District Headquarters Mandi participated in physically training.

3            Case FIR No. 49/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony   Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt.  Himi  Devi  W/O Sh. Rattan  Chand  R/O  KhailaDhar P.O. Paurakothi  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on  06/07/14  at about 10:15 AM  Devi Singh  & Neter Singh obstructed his way and beat him  up .  HC Sanjeev  Kumar  No. 879  I/O of  P.S.  BSL  Colony Sundernagar is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 77/14 dated 07/07/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Aut on  the complaint of  Sh. Charan Dass  S/O Sh. Sangat Ram  R/O  Ropa P.O. Rahala Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 07/07/14  he was travelling  in  Private Bus (HP66-0204)  and when they reached near  Ropa, in the mean time  HRTC  Bus  came  from Kataula  and  driver of the  above Private  Bus  reversed back the bus with rashly and fell downward from the road  and 15  occupants   who were boarded  the above Private Bus Sustained injuries.  HC Prakram Singh  No. 904 I/O of  P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 114/14 dated 06/07/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the  complaint of   Sh. Yash Paul  S/O  Late. Sh. Arjun Singh  R/O  Petu P.O. Bhararu  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  06/07/14    he was  parking his Motor Cycle ( HP29-2315)  near  Govt.  Sr. Sec. School  Bhraru, in the mean time  Car ( HP 29A-7209)  came rashly,  which was driven by  Ankush   Katoch  S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal  R/O  Grarou Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  and hit  to him and he sustained injuries .  HC  Rajmal  No.  875  of P.S. Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.

6          Case FIR No. 211/14 dated 06/07/14  U/S  498(A) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh   on  the complaint of  Smt.  Dhameshwari D/O  Sh. Naukhu R/O  Rathol P.O. Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that she was married with    Bimal Kumar  R/O  Kharshi P.O. Tikkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   during the year  2008 . But soon after the marriage her husband ,  her sister-in-law  started to harass her physically and mentally. HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

7          Case FIR No. 212/14 dated 06/07/14  U/S  498(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint of  Smt. Rita Devi  W/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O  Badsu  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  she was married with  Chuni Lal. But soon after the marriage her husband   started  to  tortured her physically and mentally. ASI  Jagdish  Chand  I/O of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRUELITY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

 

8          Case FIR No. 213/14  dated 06/07/14  U/S  498(A) , 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rajbala W/O Sh.  Vinod Kumar  R/O  Kothi Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  she was married with  Vinod Kumar  during the  year   2012 . But after the marriage her husband , mother-in-law,  Gamti Devi , father-in –law  Nitya Nand  and brother-in-law Hemant Kumar  started to harass her  physically and mentally . On  06/07/14  her husband beat her up again  and  she sustained injuries.  ASI  Chiranji  Lal  I/O of  PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

9          Case FIR No.  214/14  dated 07/07/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the comaplint o f Sh. Gian  Chand  S/O Sh.   Devi  Sharma R/O  Mullas P.O. Jahal  Tehsil Gohar Distt.  Mandi  (H.P.) that  on 06/07/14  at about  11:15 PM          he was going to Mandi by  his Jeep(HP62-1356) , in the mean time  Truck (HP65-0442) came rashly and  hit his  Jeep.  ASI  Jagdish  Chand  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

10        Case FIR No.  225/14  dated 07/07/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Duni Chand  S/O Shl Bhalkhu Ram  R/O  Majher P.O. Grouru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 06/07/14   Chaman   Lal,  Rinku and Balbir  all the resident of  Manyoh beat him up and he sustained injuries .  HC Dalip Singh  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

11        Case FIR No. 226/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Anil Kumari  W/O Sh. Rangil Singh  R/O  Jhandutta Tehsil Bilaspur (HP)  that her parental house is at Behar Tehsil Sarkaghat  and  on 06/07/14  she received  a call from  Mobile No.(09771194801)  that her   ATM   has  blocked and  for re-activation  she may to told her   ATM  No. and  she did  the same . After some time she found that  Rs. 39,985/- has been withdrawal from her  account.  SI  (Prob).  Anil Kumar  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

12        Case FIR No. 68/14  dated 07/07/14  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of  Sh. Inder Dev S/O Sh. Tara Chand  R/O  Chiyaud P.O. Sapnot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that  on  05/07/14  Tej Ram  obstructed  his way and beat him  up.  ASI  Sohan Lal  I/O of  P.S.   Karsog  is investigating the case.

13        Case FIR No. 162/14 dated 06/07/14  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sadar on the comaplint of  Smt. Kashulya Devi  W/O Sh.  Prem Dass  R/O  Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 06/07/14   she was working in his field along with  her  sister-in-law  Lata Devi , in the mean time  Meena Devi  W/O  Sh. Narender Pal , Smt.  Suresh Kumari  and  Sunil Kumar  S/O  Sh. Khem Singh  came  there and obstructed her way and  beat  him up.  HC Shiv Singh  No. 894 I/O of  P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

14        Case FIR No. 163/14 dated 06/07/14  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has  been registered  in P.S.  Sadar  on  the complaint of     Miss Meena  W/O  Sh.  Narender Pal  VPO  Padhiun  Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on  06/07/14  she was working  along with  her sister-in-law  in the mean time,  Kashulya Devi , Prem Dass  came along with  Hosiyar  Singh  and  obstructed    their way and  beat her up.  HC  Durga Dass No. 408 I/O of  P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR NO. 209/14 dated 05/07/14 U/S 336,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhadar Singh S/O Sh. Ridku Ram R/O Bhawat PO Sidhyani Tehsil Balh Distt.Mandi (HP) that Chet Ram S/O Sh. Dagu Ram resident of the same locality carried out the blasting due to stones were pelted and he sustained injuries while working in his fields and stones of his cowshed were also broken. ASI Chiranji Lal Incharge P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 210/14 dated 05/07/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Stoh PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/07/14 he was coming from Sundernagar to his home by jeep (HP65-3489) and when said jeep reached near Patrol Pum at Dadour a M/Cycle (HP31A-7543) came very rashly and struck with his jeep and rider of said above M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Dharmender No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFENCES AGAIST PUBLIC SERVANT

1. Case FIR No. 113/14 dated 06/07/14 U/S 332/353 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Singh S/O SH. Dharmu R/O Vill. Matkehar PO Drahal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is posted as Chowkidar in HPPWD Sub Division Store at Rohata. On 05/07/14 at about 11 PM he was on duty at Rohata, in the mean time Shyam Lal R/O Samkhetar came there and started to threw the empty drums of charcoal and mixture tray etc. On this he tried to stop him not to do  this so on this he beat him up.   ASI Ishwari Prashad I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 04/07/14  Pinku, Chiranjee and Vicky obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 895 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 65/14 dated 04/07/14 U/S 336,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the statement of Pop Singh S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Ratanpur H.NO. 13 PO BHaita Tehsil Chandoshi Distt. Sambhai (HP) that on 03/07/14 he was on work along with other his colleagues at Tikkan and during the course of working he saw that Babloo fell down on the road from the roller and he rushed to C.H. Jogindernagar where doctors declared him brought dead. This incident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the diver of roller  Sh.  Shiv Raj S/O Sh Sohan Ram Vill   Gudiya PO Dahru Tehshil & Distt Nagaur Rajsthan. HC    Rajkumar No 49 I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

Balh on the complaint of   Charanjeet Singh S/O Jagdeep Singh R/O Village Nidhah PO Nidhah Wali Distt. Moga (PB) that on 04/07/14 he was going along  with his family to Manikaran Sahib and when they reached  near Chakkar Milk Plant a truck of HPPWD (HP 33A-1458) came very rashly from Mandi side and his his car (HR55C-7511) from wrong and his sister-in-law  Gurdeep sustained injuries SI Rattan Chand I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

1. A Case FIR No. 75/2014 Dated 05/07/14  U/S 279,337,304A IPC Has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Subhash Chand I/C P.P. Bali Chowki that one unknown person informed through telephonically that one car accident happened at Chabli Nala ASI Subhash Chand along with police party visited spot at Chabli Nala where he saw a car (HP49-0547) fell down besides the road downside 50 meters and  two persons namely Budh Ram And Chunni Lal found died whereas other three persons found injured who were sent  to PHC Bali Chowki for treatment.   ASI Subhash Chand I/C P.P. Bali Chowki is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 76/14 dated 05/07/14 U/S  279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Sonu Ram R/O Vill. Shat PO Jari Teshil Bhuntar Distt. Kullu (HP) that he was going to Garh Shankar by vehicle (HP66-2454) and when reached near Thalaut a tanker  (HR-37A-7202) came very rashly form opposite side and hit his vehicle and driver of his vehicle died at Z.H. Kullu due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said tanker.    HC Prakam Singh No 904 I.O. of  P.S Aut is investigating the case.

Fagnu Ram R/O Vill. Tulah along with Dumna Ram obstructed his way and beat him up.   HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 112/14 dated 05/07/14 U/S  39 of  HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  ASI Gobind Pal I/O PS Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhelu and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3 bottles of English wine from the possession of   Pyar Chand S/O Sh.  Khazana Ram R/O  vill Dhelu PO Dohag Tehsil   Distt Mandi (HP).    ASI Govind Pal I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

3          Case FIR No.  109/14 dated 04/07/14  U/S  451, 147, 149, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of  Dhyan Singh  S/O Sh. Bhola Ram  R/O  Badathana P.O. Panjalag Tehsil  Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 03/07/14  at about  8PM  he was   sitting in  his  shop's courtyard alongwith his wife , in the mean time Ravi Kumar ,  Dhani Ram , Ruma,  Manju Devi  all the resident of Badathana came  along  with  Lalman ,  Ishwar Singh,& Ravi Kumar  entered in his shop's courtyard and  beat  him  up along  with his brother, Shiv Kumar  and    they sustained injuries. 4          Case  FIR No. 206/14 dated 03/07/14 U/S 498(A), 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the  complaint of  Smt.  Sarvjeet Kaur W/O  Sh.  Jaswant Singh  R/O  Puna Tehsil  Una Distt.  Una  at present residing  her  parental  home   at Nalsar (H.P.)  that  she was married  with   Jaswant  Singh  during the year  2001. But soon after of  her  marriage her husband  started to  harass her physically and mentally. On  30/05/14  her husband beat her up  . ASI  Sukesh  Kumar  I/O of P.S. 5          Case FIR No. 159/14 dated 03/07/14 U/S  323, 325, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of   Sh. Jeevan Lal S/O Sh. Nand Lal  R/O  Sehali Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 21/06/14  at about 6 PM  Mohan Singh beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  ASI   Hem Raj I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

Suhru Ram R/O  Kotlu P.O.  Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that     loan amount   for the construction of new house  has been  sanction in favour  of   Ranjeet Singh  S/O  Sh. Lalu R/O  Kotlu Sawari P.O. Gopalpur  under   SC/ST scheme  from the department  after  producing  fake  affidavit  for the purpose  of income annually  Rs. 16000/- to the Tehsildar Sarkaghat  despite his wife   Summan Kumari is serving  as   Anganwari  Worker and her monthly income is  Rs. 3300/- per month   Insp. Jagdish Chand   SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7          Case FIR No. 224/14 dated 04/07/14  U/S  409, 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Prem Singh   S/O Shl Sunder Singh  R/O  Thana P.O. Jehmat  Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that   Amount Rs  1,23000/-  had  sanctioned  for the Gram Panchyat Jehmat  . But  Pawana Devi , Pradhan Gram Panchyat Jehmat has  withdrawn  the above  amount  and kept with her  for personal   use.  SI   Sunil Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

8          Case FIR No. 65/14 dated 03/07/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has   registered in P.S.   Karsog on the  complaint of  Sh.  Geeta Devi  W/O  Sh.  Hari  Saran  R/O  Batla  Behali P.O. Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that   she was going   to her home   and when she reached near Nehara , in the mean time driver of the Car(HP12-6205)  came rashly and hit   her  and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Amar  Singh  I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

9          Case FIR No. 149/14 dated 03/07/14   U/S  489(A), 323,  506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of   Smt. Geeta Devi  W/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O  Kheel P.O. Serikothi Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  she was married with  Krishan Chand . But soon after  her marriage, her husband  started to torture  her physically and mentally . On  2/07/14  her husband  beat her up   and she sustained injuries and also threatened  with dire consequce. ASI  Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

10        Case FIR No.  88/14 dated 4/07/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Puran Chand  S/O Sh. Manglu Ram  R/O  Bung P.O. Jajehali   Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi  that on  03/07/14  at about 6 PM he  along with  Vikkram Singh , Fatah Singh , Jai Singh  were going to  home by  Car( HP32B-1029) which was driven by the  Suresh Kumar  and when they reached near Mansi Nallah, in the mean time   driver of above car lost the control over it   and fell down  about  100 mtr. downwards from  the road  and all the five persons who were boarded said   car sustained injuries .  ASI  Jai  Singh I/C of PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

11         Case FIR No. 74/14 dated 3/07/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in Aut  on the complaint of  Smt.  Bimla  Devi  W/O Sh.  Khem  Chand  R/O  Chaihani  Sub- Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on  03/07/14   she was coming  from  Sainaj  along with her family by  Vehcile (HP49-2884) and when they reached near Chalogi, in the  mean time  Car (HP 01K-3557)  came rashly and hit  her   along with   driver of the above vehicle and  they sustained injuries .  HC  Santosh Kumar  No.  70  I/O of  PP  Balichowki  is investigating the case.
