CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1 Case FIR No. 267/15 dated 06/10/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.s. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Harnam Dass R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/10/2015 he was going from Mandi to his home by a private bus (HP63-1547) and when said bus reached at Gutkar, an Inova car (HP31C-0077) came rashly from Nerchowk side and hit said bus and he sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 240/15 dated 06/10/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Ghaour PO Riyur Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on he was going to Indira Market, in the mean time Raju and Lucky obstructed his way and beat him up and also used un-parliamentary language.  HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CARRYING TOKEN USED BY PUBLIC SERVANT WITH FRAUDULENT INTENT, CHEATING, FORGERY

 3. Case FIR No. 241/15 dated 07/10/2105 U/S 171,420,467,468,471,474 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Pawnesh Kumar Pandey R/O Issapur PO Mubarkpur Tehsil Sadar Distt. Faijabad (UP)  that today he was on duty at Paddal ground Mandi in connection with Army Recruitment and during the on-going process of said recruitment he found that a person namely Shiv Kumar S/O Sh. Ved Kumar R/O Vill. Jhandwal Distt. Hoshiarpur (PB) was present there along with fake ID card. ASI Chattar Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 239/15 dated 06/10/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Anand Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 06/10/2015 he was on patrolling and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5250 ML English wine from the possession of Sh. Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O  Vill. Satohal PO Sehali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Anand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CRIME REPORT 06 OCT.

1        Today rallies were organized in the jurisdiction of various police stations of this district to aware the general public and  school children about the adverse effects of drugs. About 1558 students of various schools/educational institutions participated in these rallies.   

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 266/15 dated 06/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Mani  Ram  R/O   Village  Ghran Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  today  he was going from   Bhangrotu  towards Mandi alongwith his  friend by  Motor Cycle (HP30-4076)  and when reached near Nagchalla in the mean time   said Motor Cycle rider namely  Yogeshwar   resident of  Karsog Distt. Mandi  lost the control on  the Motor Cycle  due to rash riding   and fell downward from the road  and both  are sustained injuries.   HC  Naresh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.   

CASE OF (PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT)

3          Case FIR No. 238/15 dated 05/10/15  U/S 3 of  ( Prevention of  Damaged  to Public Property Act) has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh.  Hemant Kumar  at present  Public  Relation Officer Mandi (HP) that  during the intervening  night of 4-5/10/15  some unknown  culprits  tore  the banner  which was fixed  by   his department  near   Distt. CASE OF   CRUELTY BY HUSBAND, HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 156/15  dated 05/10/15  U/S 498 (A) , 406  504, 506 , 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Smt.  Rusina W/O Sh.  Imran Khan  R/O  Dabrog  Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  she was married with  Imaran  Khan during the year  2011. But after some time of marriage  her husband  Imran Khan, mother-in-law  Jamila Biwi  started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding the dowry . During the intervening night of  12-13/09/15  her  husband  beat her up brutally and  also threatened  her with dire consequences.  ASI  Sandeep  Kumar I/C of PP Lad-Bharol  is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 157/15 dated 06/10/15   U/S 341,   323, 147, 149  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hosiyar Singh  S/O Sh.  Prem  Singh  R/O  Guajar-Gehra PO  Sidhpur Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)   he  is working  as a salesman  on Wine shop at  Bharola . On 05/10/15  after closing the shop  he was  going to  Jogindernagar for deposit  the  cash  and  when  reached near  Tragdi Bridge , in the mean time  Vinay , Lajpat,  Makhana and  Rohit obstructing    his way  and  beat him up.  HC  Sanjeev  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

 6         Case FIR No. 246/15 dated 05/10/15  U/S 364 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of   Sh.  Jagdish Chand  S/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O  Kohan Tehsil Sajao-Piplu  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi   received  through  Ld-Court JMIC- II Sarkaghat U/S 156(3)  Cr.P.C.  that  his wife is missing  and he suspect that some unknown person  kidnapped his wife.  ASI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of  P.S. 7          Case FIR No.  247/15  dated 05/10/15  U/S  341, 323,  504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Simro Devi W/O Late. Sh. Parkash Chand  R/O  Pipli  PO Dharwar  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Smt. Reena Devi  W/O Sh.  Onkar Chand resident of the same locality  obstructed her way   and beat her up.  ASI Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case

MONTHLY JOINT CONSULTANCY COMMITTEE-CUM-CRIME MEETING

1. Today monthly Joint Consultancy Committee-cum-Crime Meeting of District Mandi Police held under the chairmanship of Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur, IPS,  worthy Superintendent of Police, Distt.  Mandi (HP)  at P.L. Mandi in which all gazetted officers, all SHOs, I/C PPs and about 90 police officials of Mandi Police participated.

    The worthy Superintendent of Police, Mandi (HP) redress the all welfare issues of the police personnel during the course of said meeting.  He is also instructed all police personnel to be  remained alert in view of forthcoming festive season and deployed adequate manpower at public places. He is also directed to the all Station House Officers and incharges of police posts to laid nakkas regularly  and intensify the patrolling in the jurisdiction of their respective police station/police post.

2. Case FIR No. 65/15 dated 04/10/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Dharampur, by SI Parveen Kumar SHO P.S. Dharampur  that on 04/10/15 at 06:20PM he was on patrolling at Sari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 05 Bottles of country liquor from the possession of Gopal Chand S/O Late Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Vill. Sanour PO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Parveen Kumar SHO PS Dharampur is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 264/15 dated 04/10/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Village Nauru PO Mandal Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 04/10/2015 at about 7:30 PM he was going to his home from Gohar, by his Auto (HP 65 2520) and when he reached  near Gharbasra, a motorcycle came rashly from Baggi side and hit to  his auto and sped away  from the spot. In this accident auto driver Sandeep Kumar sustained injuries. HC Raj Mal I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 265/15 dated 5/10/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 of MV Act has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Vishal S/O Ramesh Chand R/O Village Mandir Tanda PO Lohara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that  today at about 8:30 AM when he was going to Dadour on feet, in the mean time a Nano Car (A/F) came very rashly from Baggi side, hit him and sped away from the spot and in this incident he sustained injuries. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 263/15 dated 03/10/2015 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Vikas Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 03/10/2015 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nalsar and during said nakka he recovered 177 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Vibhakar S/O Sh. Rajesh Katoch R/O VPO Kothi Tehsil Baijnath District Kangra (HP). SI Vikash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 250/15 dated 04/10/2015 U/S 341,323,427,147 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Panjku Ram R/O Chhatter PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/10/2015 Sanju S/O Sh. Gulab Singh, Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Gulab Singh, Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Chatter along with their 10/11 associates obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S.Sundernaghar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MALIGNANT ACT LIKELY TO SPREAD INFECTION OF DISEASES DANGROUS TO LIFE  

3. Case FIR No. 155/15 dated 03/10/2015 U/S 270 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jai Singh Sen at present working in the office of the D.F.O. Jogindernagar that during the intervening night of 02-03/10/2015 some unknown persons dropped the degradable garbage in front office of the D.F.O. 1.      Case FIR No. 248/15 dated 03/10/15 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar, on the complaint of Mansa Ram S/O Sh. Sunku Ram Vill. Tharu PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/10/15 at about 07:30 PM he was going to his home in the mean time 2 persons namely Hans Raj and Suresh Kumar obstructed his way, beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 236/15 dated 02/10/15 U/S 20-61-85 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar, by ASI Ram Lal that on 02/10/15 he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Sauli Khad and during the course of patrolling he recoverd 25 gram Charas from the possession of Shyam Dev S/O Sh. Sant Ram VPO Shaling Tehsil Sadar Kullu (HP). ASI Ram Lal I/C of PP City is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

3.      Case  FIR NO. 237/15 dated 3/10/15 U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi, by ASI Ram Lal that on today at about 8:00AM he was on Patrolling along with other Police officials at Chohata Bazar Mandi  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 48 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Choudhary Ram S/O Sh. Ridku Ram R/O Village Langara PO Langna Tehsil Joginder Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ram Lal I/O PP City Mandi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND RIOTING

1.      Case FIR No. 145/15 dated  01/10/2015 U/S 341,143 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar, on the complaint of Sh. Uttam Ram S/O Sh. Poldu Ram R/O V. P.O. Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi(HP), presently posted in PS Gohar as HHG stated that on 30/09/15 at 11 AM he was on traffic duty at chailchowk bazzar in the mean time  MLA Vinod Kumar came there along with 15/16 BJP workers and obstructed the road traffic as well as general public. After this they also burnt the effigy of Hon'ble CM  HP. HC Krishan Pal  I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

 Case FIR No. 260/15 dated 01/10/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 of MV Act has been registered at PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender Pal S/O Narotam Ram R/O Village Kotlu PO Galma Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 01/10/2015 at about 6:45 PM  he was going to Nerchowk by his motorcycle No. (HP33B-6319) and at near PNB Bank Nerchowk a Bike No. (HP33A-3039) came from wrong side and hit his bike. 3.      Case FIR No. 261/15 dated 01/10/15 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered at PS Balh, by HC Kamal Kant  that on 01/10/2015 at about 8:00 PM a motorcycle coming from Dadour to Baggi side and a car No. (HP31A-0145) was coming from Baggi to Dadour collided with each other. The motorcycle rider who was identified as Naresh Kumar S/O Roshan Lal R/O Village Ganitura PO Baggi age 22 years was brought to CHC Ratti, where MO declared him brought dead. 4.      Case FIR No. 235/15 dated 01/10/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Devender Soni S/O Late Sh. Maiedeta R/O VPO  Sainj Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  01/10/15 at 5:25 PM he was going towards petrol pump from Bus Stand Mandi by feet and when he reached near petrol pump a Truck no(HP-65A-2097)  came behind and hit with him, as a result of which he got injured in this accident. The  truck driver disclosed his name  as Khub Ram. HC Ram Singh  I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 245/15 dated. 01/10/15 U/S 294,504 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat, on the complaint of  a girl R/O Bhatwan PO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that in between 30/09/15 and 01/10/15  a mobile no. 97369-72371 sent  obscene SMS on her mobile and used filthy language. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR NO. 114/15  dated 02/10/15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered at PS Aut, on the complaint of Sh. Chape Ram S/O Sh. Paras Ram Village  Muhulu Khamradha PO Panjaine Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi (HP) that on 01/10/15 at about 7:00PM  he was going to Muhulu from Thalout by a Jeep No(HP66-1631) and when  he reached at  Dodha,  the Driver Om Dutt lost control over the jeep and  fell down on the road side. In   this accident Megh Singh S/O Sh. Rane R/O  Village Muhulu Khamradha PO Panjaine Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi  died on the  spot. ASI Subhash Chand I/O PS Aut  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES ACT

7.      Case FIR NO 123/15 Dated 1-10-15 U/S 3,7 of  Essential Commodities Act  has been registered at PS Karsog, by SI/SHO Sunil Kumar that on 01/10/15  he was on patrolling  at Churag  and received a  secret information that Duni Chand Village Pajaitri PO Churag is selling Petroll & Diesel without permission. So he searched his shop and  recovered 60 Litre Petrol and 60 Litre Diesel from the possession of  Duni Chand Village Pajaitri PO Churag. SI/SHO Sunil Kumar is investigating the case.

ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON CRIME SCENE   INVESTIGATION

1.      Today One day workshop for "CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION"  is organized at Police Line Mandi  in which Worthy IGP/Central Range Mandi Sh. Ajay Kumar Yadav, IPS presided over the One day workshop. Director FSL Shimla, Deputy Director RFSL Mandi, ASP Mandi, SDPO Manali, SDPO Naina Devi Bilaspur, Dy.S.P. (HQ) Hamirpur, SDPO Sarkaghat and other NGO Grade-I from Central Range were attending the said workshop. The faculty members of RFSL Mandi gave the representations on the "CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION" and delivered the valuable lecture to all the participants.

2.      Case FIR no. 244/15 dated 30/09/15 U/S 341, 323,325,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Kishan Singh R/O Gehri Bhadupur PO Pounta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/09/15 at 06:30PM Meena Devi and her son obstructed his way and beat him up. They also threatened him with dire consequences. He sustained injuries in this incident. ASI ChiranjiLal I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 93/15 dated 30/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered at PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Nabav Khan S/O Sh. Yousuf R/O Tharas PO Hurla Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 30/09/15 his kin Basir and Akil was going to  home by bike (HP33B-1121) and when they reached at Purana Kataula a car beating no. (CH03A5943) came very rashly and hit the above bike as a respect of which both passenger sustained injuries. The car was driven by Yadwinder S/O Nihal Chand R/O Bhayarta Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi (HP). HC Rajender I/O PP Kamand is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 247/15 dated 01/10/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar by SI Kalyan  Singh that on dated 01/10/15 at 00:10AM at Jawahar Park a HRTC bus (HP65-1536) came from Mandi side and a Tempo (HP69-2660) came from  Slapper side and collided with each other. SI Kalyan Singh I/O PS Sundenagar is investigating the case.
